Ya, it's interesting that they are listed as 1/6 scale figures.... but they actually too tall to be 1/6 (based on those comics). In the comics, they were quite a bit shorter than April, so they really should just list them as "12-inch" figures or something along that line.

11 inches doesnt seen that off to me. 5.5 feet seems about right for the turtles in my mind. Is there some sort of official height for the turtles?

They really are overpriced at $150. It's not like they have detailed clothing or anything and the weapons are all plastic.

Yes, except Gentle Giant was charging about $110 for their large GI Joes. . .which itself is high.

Thanks for passing along the info, AI! I have no qualms about $150 for these, and I'm not a big TMNT fan. Haven't bought any figures in two years because of the prices, but I think Mondo has struck a great balance between influences and created something iconic here.

Ive been watching the original cartoon recently and after Shredder, Foot Ninja and Casey I would love it if they did Bebop and Rocksteady. Not from the comics I know but still.

Geez. I can't believe what the original NECA turtles are going for on eBay. People want $150.00 for each one of those!

I was going to sell my Leonardo and Michaelangelo with the Mousers pack, but now I'm thinking I should put them in a vault or something... Prices on these things. Ridiculous.

I have 3 sets of those NECA turtles! My favorite turtles to-date. The make such great displays. I'll stick with one of these and hope to pick them up later. I've got a nice break in Hot Toys coming up so I can buy these instead.

I had some mild interest in these, but not anymore after seeing the pricing. That's pretty outrageous for such a simple figure.

The ones in the tradition clamshell packaging are the authentic ones. the ones in the tube packaging are mostly bootlegs. The 4- pack is also the authentic but some sellers do replace those with bootlegs so beware.

I just picked up some cheap ones on eBay. Most likely bootleg, but I only paid $25 for all 4.

They are some of the best bootlegs out there. They are well worth $25
