They’re not going to produce a figure they’re only going to sell like seven of, and that already includes the two of you here.

Leto has also probably already forgotten he was in some Sony Marvel vampire movie so Hot Toys would not be able to get any replies to their emails seeking approval for the head sculpt.

Eh I’m not sure. He’s not a well sought after character and I don’t think Sony wants to put him in another marvel film sadly cause they are so hell bent on creating there stupid universe. If he showed up in the new blade film he’d get a figure definitely but the Sony properties are excluding venom have been laughing stocks

They need to fully take him into the fold of the MCU so we can see more of him. I really don’t understand why so many people didn’t like the film. Maybe I liked it so much because I’m a big horror fan…

It was similar to the first venom to Me. Even down to the films villians. It was an ok film.

Both Sony and Marvel Studios don’t want the SMU and MCU together for very different reasons. The nonsensical Vulture stinger was all Sony.

I am not knocking you for liking the film. We all like different things. But realistically, Leto Morbius will be self contained or contained to the SMU and there’s almost no chance Hot Toys will make a figure.

They just don’t have the resources or time to spare for something that’s not going to sell in the numbers they need.

I don’t like third party figures myself but that‘s probably going to be your best bet.

Back in the 2009-2010 hot toys days they probably would have made it. They use to branch out often during those times. But yea Sony doesn’t want there silly universe of Spider-Man villains without Spider-Man to connect with the mcu . The symbiote is in the mcu now but that’s as far as it’ll go. I’m glad to. Sonys decisions for these films have been terrible.
