still waiting for full view. if there is an exclusive such as black suit or an increidble base, I'll probably order it, but on this preview alone, I just cant. It was hard to pass on GR on Throne, this will be easier if there's no further WOW factor. So far, looks like a bowen statue.

Those wings are distractingly small.
you h-omos obviously have no love for the golden age characters of Marvel...This statue in a Display, with Cap, Thor, Hulk, Iron -man will make a great Marvel Super-heroes display with all the characters from the 1966 tv serie....Any true Marvel fans would want a Sub-Mariner statue in his collection ..
Concerning his outfit, we'll I guess being a very confident Hetero I dont have a problem with men in speedos... Namor has been a very important character to the Marvel Universe for over 50 years...But I guess,for some, Iron Spidey is cooler......

Namor is a must in every Marvel collection. Too bad this one will be a comiquette and therefore, out of scale compared to the PFs.

especially at a Banner!! not even the full Pic This piece looks fantastic! goes perfect with the PF line and the Only "problem" it has is THat IN THE PIC the wings look smaller! so stop complaining like little ^^^^^es!!!!

Everyone moans that SSC doesn't do different characters and the minute they go outside the box they have a problem with that too. Complaining about a preview pic is lame in my opinion, just wait until these dry up and everyone will be trying to find him and paying double the price for it on Ebay (Spider-Man PF Anyone?).

If ripping on the pic is lame, posting it is too. Why else post it than to get opinions. Some love it, and some think it sucks. Same as everything else. Going outside the box is great. Just give it decent wings and dump the Pablo teeth.

The minute you post info about something on a board people expect pics to go with it, so how is that lame?
My point is that people base their entire opinion on a piece from one picture, then come back a few months later and are clamoring for it. Like the first in hand pics of the Thing a while back, everyone was saying they were gonna cancel 'cause of some of some horrible pictures and now those same people are the ones looking to buy one.

It's human nature to see the pic and love it or hate it. Most of the haters(me included) have said that although we think it is substandard by the pic shown, we'll hold final judgement until production pics are released. I love the character and still feel it would have been best served in a PF format. This is the cheap way out for SS. Especially if it is confirmed it is in 1/4 scale. Lame. My opinion of course.
