huge game tonight.. so many implications..
Way Lebron played a couple days ago, it felt like a foregone conclusion to me.

As for potential coaches, Avery Johnson is from New Orleans, and interviewed for the job recently. But I like Jeff Van Gundy. He doesn't have great leadership skills that I've seen, but you can tell that he's a smart playmaker. Personally, I will take intelligent play design over inspirational leader any day, because that's what leads to consistent success. Particularly if you lack depth of talent (as the Hornets do in many ways).

If Jeff Van Gundy goes to any team, look for them to average 80 points a night while holding their opponents to 70. His defensive minded ball is boring but effective.

Yea, I agree, I also wander about Hubie Brown; I heard him talking about the Cavs coaching staff and how they use Lebron and the players around him; I completely agreed with what he said. Lebron is a great player, but its also gonna take a great coach to help him and whatever team hes on to win a title. Like ppl have said in the past, Michael, Shaq, and Kobe didnt win their titles until Phil got there.

Wonder if we this again:

I'm still a bit in shock. I had written them off in this series and then they come out and do what they did. This definitely isn't the same team that played during the regular season.

Bring on the Magic. As KG said anything is possible.

Poor LeBron, guess not every one can be champions like the Kobes and Duncans of the world. Oh well :dunno

I think everyone in New England wrote them off. Especially after the regular season that we had. Happy to see the roster healthy and looking forward to the series against the Magic.

Old guys play better than young guys in the playoffs..

A lot of truth to that. Its like something I said earlier about teams I've coached that had more older kids on it than younger. Those teams did better cause they had been there before.

I'm not gonna lie at all. I'm not upset cause I think there's a decent chance he ends up with the Bulls. Which would please me to no end.

Back to back 60 win seasons and MVP's...Zero Championships. Ouch.

The city of Cleveland is collectively quaking in their boots, one decision can throw their team back into the misery of mediocrity. That's gotta suck.
