Sorry, I dont take food stamps.

I thought I should MARK the words!?! That's how sure you were, no?!?

I guess not. If you were sure you'd take the bet. Nothing to lose right?

:lol:lol:lol You're so intimidating, internet tough guy.

Its so great how Ive gotten in your head, Wake. You are by far the most easily manipulated poster I have ever seen on a message board.

I cant wait to see your Heat die a slow painful death...

Its all good. Heat fans are just setting themselves up for a huge fail. Mark my words, Celtics are going to beat the Heat in 6.

You can stick a fork in the Celtics. They are done. They won't even get passed the Knickerbockers. That final episode of "The Association" will be a melancholy one...

But I am looking forward to seeing that playoff series. Should be a physical one. I'm thinking of at least two player ejections due to fighting. Whichever team comes out on top will be limping into the second round.

If those two want to beat the ____ out of each other thats even better for Chicago. :lol

Nah, seriously I'm not even thinking that far ahead honestly. We gotta win round 1. Then I'll worry about round 2 and so on.

Oh, I agree, Josh. The Celtics will do whatever it takes to win in the playoffs. It's like they can hear their bio-clocks ticking. New York (the city) is starving for a playoff win, let alone moving on. Should be an interesting series. Definitely more exciting than the Miami/Philly or Chicago/Indiana ones. (at least on paper...)

I would be so pissed if I were a Miami fan knowing all the hype coming into the season, self-proclaiming themselves 2011 NBA Champions, just to find out they are no better than 3rd in the league standings and got bounced in the 2nd round.

I would HATE being a Miami fan...

Really? Lemme tell you right this second it feels really good. Its going to feel even better when we win it all now that everyone doubted and picked against us. THATS going to feel _______ awesome.

Yeah, the Bos/NY series or if it had been the Miami/NY. Just thought watching games wise it would be. I'm just looking forward to the playoffs and whatever happens with Chicago. Its been a fantastic season no matter how things shake out.

Really? I'm a Miami fan and have enjoyed the hype (though that "self-proclaimed 2011 NBA champions nonsense is just that: nonsense), the rollercoaster ride throughout the season and the way the team has jelled together in time for the playoffs.

I also have appreciated the undisputed fact that some players have sacrificed (either financially or in game minutes) in order to have the chance of being part of a championship team.

My personal expections were to make the playoffs and make it to at least the Conference championship. The Finals would be gravy.

I do expect to see the Spurs sputter in the 2nd round, though...

I would HATE being a Spurs fan if that happened... :panic:

That's my sentiment exactly. It's been one crazy season. The scary part (for the other teams) is that next year, they'll only be better!

Yeah, there are some teams bulls, thunder, and heat (if they can get the right role players) that should be mixing it up for rings over the next 5-8 years.

No, no biggie if we dont win it all this year. Before this season started, did anyone pick us to have the best record in the NBA thru 80 games? Did anyone consider us a championship contender?

Its all gravy at this point, especially after getting SWEPT last year by the Suns.

This season has only further cemented Coach Pop as THE GREATEST COACH of all time. Duncan as THE GREATEST POWER FORWARD of all time. We have 4 rings. We've somehow managed to squeeze out another consecutive 50+ win season. Spurs have accomplished more than ANY OTHER TEAM in NBA History (not named Lakers and Celtics). To be considered the 3rd greatest NBA franchise in history is not too shabby.

Im proud and honored to be a Spurs fan, regardless of the outcome this season.

Now, tell me whats so great about the one-hit-wonder Heat again?

Spurs = zzzz.zzz..zzzz...zzz

:)

Knicks for the win

Upset in the east is brewing _____es, lol

The Knicks are actually making a game out of it, despite missing STAT.

Knicks have been playing good defense ever since the end of the 3rd quarter.

Surprised that both teams are playing their starters despite having nothing to play for.

Go Knicks!

Well it was a good try, Knicks got a lot of heart to make a stand against the Bulls w/ no Amar'e.

Well it looks like Bulls will get HCA since Duncan, Manu, Parker and Dice sitting out tonights game vs. Lakers.

LOL @ some Lakers fans claiming these final Lakers game dont matter since Kobe will be playing tonight...

I'll take the win tonight no matter who played or not. Especially when it's ny. :nana:

JStep- The spurs are a great franchise and pop is a great coach. However, I'm sorry Phil is the best coach of all time and I would not put then ahead of Chicago either as far as franchises go. Not knocking them at all I respect them but they probably come in no better than 4.
