I personally think that Hulk will be made depending on how well Thor sells!I know that Capt. wasn't a big seller like Ironman but i'm pretty sure they counted on that factor.Thor will be the deciding factor for them.^_^

I have zero idea of what it will cost, but at the same time I think it would be low just to *** at HT. In all reality, I'm willing to bet that we won't even see it. To me it's strange that we haven't even seen any Promo Thor shots, when they already had shots of Iron Man when Cap barely was for sale.

I'm just glad they decide to make Iron Man second. I did not see that coming at all. Judging from the way things go, it's always boring first, and while we all hold our breath for the cooler stuff to come out, that's hen they shut the whole program down.....usually.

They're probably real busy with all the other properties they're working on that are much closer to the release like the 1/4 Batmans, Ed 209 or other predator figures. I'm surprised they haven't shown anything at all for the 1/4 Man of Steel figure since that should be coming out at the end of May. They are probably going to hold Thor out till his new movie to cash in on the advertising and higher demand for the figure. If there was a new Hulk movie coming out, then there might be a higher demand for a Hulk figure which means Neca could have a better chance at producing the 1/4 Hulk.

I know I'm late in this but I finally bought a defective NECA Captain America off of Ebay (the one with the scraped paint job on his nose and forehead) for a decent price (after waiting too long and missing out on the $70 slightly worn box ones on Amazon).
So it was $46.50 + $13 shipping but I figured it's a simple paint job.
So you might think, "In order to fix this paint damage, you have to mix the paint to get the right colors!"
Well, actually, no! I found out I already have Silver (for the "A" on the forehead) and Light Tan (for the nose) from Testors Auto Colors Acrylic Paint Set #6135
https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12262267 so I just painted the head with those colors without mixing the paints.
The colors match... Easy fix!
Anyway, here's some size comparison pics with my other 18" and 1/4 scale figures:

I already have this figure and the only thing I didn't like about it was the skin color. I was actually thinking about repainting the skin myself. So I'd say you made a nice score!

I think we have to be realistic, for $80-$90 were not going to get HT or Enterbay quality 1/4 scale figures!
However I think it's a big step up from your average "toy"
I was looking at some 1/6 scale Hasbro Iron Men and Iron Patriots in Toys R us the other week they were about £33 (I'm in the UK) so around $50 and they were s hit.
These look much better. Still can't make myself buy Cap A though LOL.
