Dude, I recently found this in one of my toy/tub thingys in my closet.. It's painted differently though.
It really looks amazing in person.

The ones that are painted yellow and black and red are worth hundreds sometimes They really are cool things...

Exactly, updates a few and far between and most probs will be until in hand pics start to show up. Atleast the thread is still alive. Otherwise it would just be dead until it's released.

That would be the Jp. 29 "Bull" Trex. It was later released also as an "Omega" Trex in the Chaos Effect line and two years ago as the JP2k9 "Gulper" tyrannosaurus.

I know everything there is to know about jurassic park toys. really

Ah, thanks. I thought it looked like the Bull, but the picture made it seem less blue than the actual figure.

I'm cool with the netting they're using now. It looks much better than what they had for that packaging test:

Either way, I think they went with hexagonal netting because it would be made out of plastic, not string. So, to beef up the durability and ensure that it won't tear, they went with a slightly-modified shape so that the connection points between the diamonds wouldn't be as small and vulnerable.
Luckily, with the latest update, I guess they found a healthy balance of accuracy and strength.
