have you seen the face of the predator? its not very accurate. you can't have a good predator face and still have a bio fit on it.

unlike the P1 who was always doing those little twitchy tricks with it's mandibles.

I really liked when it did that. Helps make you believe this is a real creature from another planet and not a puppet.

And it's also why I find the P1 to be a much more convincing alien.

i also like the old original creature from the black lagoon, a cool design for way back then. but nothing has toped the predator and alien designs,so far.

i also like the old original creature from the black lagoon, a cool design for way back then. but nothing has toped the predator and alien designs,so far.

Also, in terms of how real looking the creatures are.

Queen design is brilliant, but the Giger Alien brought to the screen that distorted human edge to it, something none of the other versions (let alone the Queen) have.

The original had the whole bio-mechanical thing going on more than later incarnations - external 'cables' and such. It seemed to have more of a sinister character aswell. It should win by default.

But then again Cameron/Winston's Queen is an amazing piece of work too. It helps that the film was brilliant but who'd have thought a sequel would come up with something so horrifying and technically superb after the original film's creature. And the Queen has real character aswell.

So thats a tough one.
