I improved the visor of the predator ... see this picture, it is amazing !!!!!!!!! :yess:

what is improved on your mask?

je ne sais pas ce que vous avez amélioré peut être l'effet des yeux? l'écartement entre la partie haute et basse du masque est énorme je pense que vous devriez fixer ça votre predator sera plus beau et plus ressemblant à celui du film

Just got around to opening my 2nd Pred, after getting the masked I had to get another one & it's awesome. Play.com was selling them for £65 delivered but you couldn't pick which one you would receive, so I took a gamble & I luckily got the Open Mandibles ver which was the one I really wanted, man I'm happy, it's so Cool :yess:

I actually recommend buying a custom helmet from fellow member ashkanis, he makes them and you can get one with working LED's in the targeting laser.

I bought one and it's well worth it, his also feature fixed visor gaps and seams.

Got my masked version a few weeks ago and decided I just had to fix the bio. The process went flawlessly(just removed the bottom part). Couple quick iphone pics.

you removed the bottom part first instead of the top? How did that go along? Was it tough?

I completely removed the bottom part too. I only shaved a little bit off the top part.
It was really easy to do...but I almost chopped my finger off lol So be carefull!
Removing the mask was incredibly easy, too. Just remove the head and put it in a jug of boiling hot kettlewater for 3 minutes, then remove the mask by peeling it off with your fingers.
It just comes straight off. No strength or tools needed.

:horror

My worst customising injury was slicing my thumb knuckle to the bone with a switchblade. I was stupidly doing the cutting in the direction of my hand that was holding the figure. Blade slipped and lots and lots of blood ensued. I probably would have been able to see the bone if I'd been brave enough to part the flesh a little but I didn't dare. Ah that moment of sheer :panic: when it happens.

I cut my left pointer finger while cutting apart a terminator with an exacto knife... they're so sharp it didn't hurt but it cut part of the tendon and I couldn't bend that finger all the way for the next month :gah:

I actually ended up re-opening the cut a few days later because I thought I saw some plastic in there... and there wasn't ! :gah::gah:

:lol Tell me about it mate! I have to admit, I did kind of ____ myself when it happened! It was the top knuckle of my left index finger that I stabbed. I thought it was going to be worse than it was. Blood everywhere though lol
But yeah, Im never cutting towards myself again. The thing is, I remember finding it hard to cut away from me for some reason:dunno, so I had no choice but to cut towards myself.

Haha, yeah thats true. A paper cut is more painful. But when the blood is pumping out all over the place you'd rather take the paper cut. And likewise I thought I had lodged plastic in the wound but I think it was just bruising.

It really does give you a fright. I know its far from the worst thing that can happen to a person and can be reperable but the idea of accidently cutting a finger clean off fills me with fear.
