She is but I’m starting to wonder if she signed off on this under the impression they were aimed at adult collectors? Unlike past offerings (Kenner) the level of detail on these creatures and marines make them look like they are geared more towards the movies target audience.

Either way I’m happy and I’m sure Neca will get the weapons needed released somehow. Dallas or Parker with the Alien flame unit and we already have the means to make a custom Pulse rifle/ flamethrower.

I had this one when I was a kid

I had Bishop (never actually realised his torso broke apart until years after my parents had sold him at a garage sale, the Queen and the (exploding) Scorpion Alien. Can't imagine how I would've reacted had the proposed Operation Aliens cartoon that the figures were based on ever aired...

Dark Horse seems to have released some trading cards under the same name, though, apparently done by Denis Beauvais, that took some design notes from the Kenner toys (the flying Queen, Hicks' helmet, Drake's Smartgun and headset, plus Apone's "cybernetic" arm shows up as part of a support system for Bishop's Gatling gun) mixed with the general tone and tenor of the Dark Horse comics of the time:

Infinitely better. Had to be done unfortunately.

Thanks, and yeah, the Marines just don't look right without their helmets.

Tough one, mate... Still the choice stands between two of them (Alien and Aliens and I have to go and say "Aliens"-Ripley.
Slight more confident but still scared and traumatized from the events at the Nostromo. On the other hand she's on a more of a mission; for one and for all too wipe 'em out!
Either way she's a really strong and street smart character. Geez, I can't wait untill we get the Ripley and arm her with an customized pulse rifle/flame thrower combo weapon

Could very well be going to try and get confirmation from Neca. They have some other images from stuff coming out for the anniversary I had no idea was being made. I am literally buying the whole list

I really hope we get a Narcissus space suit Ripley. That and her normal Lt. suit from Alien are my most wanted. Followed by Alien 3 and Resurrection.

I can't stand her hairstyle in Aliens.
