NECA: Alien Movie Franchise Figures

I indeed received my Aliens Ripleys today. Haven't opened them but they do look like a similar quality to the last Alien wave (with Nostromo jumpsuit Ripley). I'd kinda like if the earlier USCM waves got remade via whatever factory they're using for these Ripleys.

Thanks yeah! I'm sure it will be the new version. I bough it in pre-reservation (i dont know the name in english). In the site they say that they will send in september-october. Ihave seen the other 22" alien in youtube but actualy this one should be improved (in which way?). I agree whith you, thansparent black would be perfect, however i like the frosty lips too

About the warrior..it seems it is also finished according to the pictures), do you think we will get it soon? I know that it is supposed for the next year but if it is already finished, it could be for esrly 2016 or at least not delayed as the big chap.

There are quite a few improvements on the new sculpt, most notably:
- The legs and feet are newly sculpted to allow for better articulation, as well as being more accurate in shape
- The entire hips and abdomen were re-sculpted to allow for better articulation
- The hands and wrists were re-sculpted for better articulation
- The translucent dome was re-sculpted for accuracy
- And, obviously, the lips were re-sculpted (on the smaller figure as well, but not fully closed, just snarling)

Strange pictures... I hope to see another one with good quality because in those ones we can see nothing at all. In the two pictures you posted (thanks!) lips seem darker, in my picture (also from gamestop), traslucent...please a good picture of it! Afer the alien queen we can not be deceived with the big chap!

Yeah, I'm familiar with the proto shown at SDCC, but I can assure you, the pic you posted earlier is a prototype.
I just checked, look at the 3/4 pic, you can see the lower jaw and lip protrude a lot more, it's probably an earlier prototype than the one shown at SDCC, or a test shot, before some tweaks were made.
