Going by that the PL should fit no bother but I'm not too sure about cramming it in with the Queen to fit into one square. Someone else might have a better idea though.

I'm fortunate that I have quite a big cabinet to display the Queen and the PL battling each other facing sideways (with barely just enough room for smaller stuff). One of the reasons I can't get the Genocide Queen is that I just don't have the room for two big creatures of that size. Not sure what I'll do when we eventually get the AVP Queen.

Ive been browsing the last 100 pages or and I am planning to get the power loader with Ripley, Bishop, and the Queen but I was wondering what are the chances of cramming them into a detolf? anyone know if I can display them together in a single detolf square?

The queen will pretty much take up a whole Detolf section by herself and if you wanted to have the Queen square off against the PL in a dynamic stance you'll never be able to get both set up like that in one cube.

Its a bit banged up. I need to heat up and straighten out the rear tail fins on the NECA, that is for sure.

Here is the drop ship with the Halcyon and Aoshima drop ships, although as I stated above, it really isnt a fair comparison. The NECA costs a fraction as much.

I thought this was a fun pic. From left to right we have:
-the Micro Machines action fleet (sorry, still sealed, so bad photo. It is a bit bigger than the NECA)
-NECA
-Aoshima
-Konami
-Micro Machine regular
-NECA (that came with drop ship).

Only missing the HCG one!

The NECA one is a great option if you are trying to find something to match up with your Leading edge marines.

Yeah the NECA APC could be better but about on par with the others. Great seeing them all lined up!
Yeah that pretty much confirms the NECA Dropship has common flaws.
I picked up the Halcyon kit a few years ago from a hole in the wall Gaming shop in Wisconsin for only $40. So it's not that much more than the NECA. Unfortunately it's missing one of the tail fins. I'll have to fashion a replacement out of styrene when I start working on it. I plan on modding the kit slightly anyways.

But man that Aoshima Rocks! I'm still kicking myself for not picking one up at retail.

Meh...I'd rather see them make this version. It's more memorable, imo.

One of the best things about the marines is that they do have many variations of dress in the film that you could do different versions of them if you wanted to. If NECA really wanted to milk the Vaz and Frost sculpts they could do cryosleep versions, spec ops versions and so on.

Kinda wish I'd collected all my Aliens/Predators and Terminators MOC aswell. They look so nice in the boxes. Too late now.

Aliens series 1 were practically my very first figures (collector wise). Quickly I came to notice that this hobby can be very expensive, so I had to think of a way to reduce costs or stop collecting.

Anyway short story, shorter I started buying NECA figures at trade prices and selling in the UK.

Only reason why I can afford half of that stuff and MOC duplicates. Keep trying to tell fellow UK fans that I can help cut them a deal, least I can do since I have to buy in bulk.
