Well I'm now out of Neca collecting. It's heartbreaking but I just don't have the money for it. Here in the uk we've only just gotten the Vasquez wave and they're retailing at £31.99 each (current exchange, that's just shy of $40) so many cool figures coming up and they're all too expensive now. It's been a great ride....

You may be able to get the figures themselves cheaper sure, but once you do your conversion to your local currency, THEN add the shipping costs especially if you are overseas, plus if you are ordering a large amount just to make that stab to the balls a bit more durable, you are still paying a crap tone more a lot of US figure collectors.

I pay about 49.95 AU per NECA Alien figure, and if I want a pack of the eggs looking at the same price and the Queen and Powerloader were nearing the 200.00 AU mark not that long ago.

IMHO it would be a easy line to produce, since Ripley was a repaint, bandana, and smartgun being made for Vas. An option that I see is basic marine figure ( repaint) replace armor with different variation, different helmet, unique weapon. I think it comes down to how well the Kenner Ripleys / Xeno's sold.

It sounds like he is closer to knowing what the final pack ins are gonna be in any case at least. I am hoping they keep the two sentry guns in at the most. They are possibly the only accessories I am seriously considering troop building besides the plain alien egg cartons.

In saying that though, we are getting closer already to the next toy fair, which I think is when Randy wants to showcase some new items for the Alien and Predator lines to kick start their 2017 push. My guess would be that is where we will see the first finished prototypes of the Aliens accessory pack and the Alien 3 creature pack.

I've still got Vas and frosty preordered from Forbidden planet online, for 25 and 22 respectively, but since their stores are the ones charging the 32 quid, and they don't have concrete shipping dates for those two, I've a funny feeling my order will get cancelled. As for the cheaper prices, I'd appreciate a link for future reference if you wouldn't mind.

This accessory set has got me extremely excited, I do hope the 2 sentry guns stay in since I'd like to only buy 2 of these to keep costs down but if it ends up being only 1 sentry per set I'll buy several. I hope the knife, shotgun and lamp gets dropped too and a helmet or 2 gets added. The flamethrower effect and pulse rifle flash effect should also be in there based on what Randy has said - subject to change of course. I've loved all the accessory sets but this by far will be my favorite.
