This may be an act of heresy, but I just started watching the POTA TV series. Frickin Gold!!!
Haha I night the T.V. series about 9 years ago at best buy it was on sale for 15 bucks. The last time I saw it was when it was made into a made for tv movie I was a kid. I think the show was great the sets and everything, the only thing it lacked was bad acting acting. Beside that it was a good show.

The TV show was great but I wished it would of continued. I'm disappointed we never got to know where Allen and Burke went and if they made it home or not.

Spoliers!!! Hahaha I'm on episode 9

Oh damn I'm sorry! I figured before I watched it that I would look up how the series ends and I found out before hand that they were suppose to make more but cancelled the show before they made another season so I was disappointed before I even watched the TV Series and even after I watched it.

Thanks Ryan, I always look forward to the monkey monday postimgs here. Caeser looks so detailed I can't wait to get him. Also I think all the figure heads are exchangeable I've taken all the series 1 heads off and on. Anyways I can't wait for series 3 and I still want the lawgiver statue!

Hey guys i just made some custom flags. Since I plan on doing a march thru the desert scene in my backyard later this month I've been making alot of customs for it. Anyways here are the flags and how I made them. First i bought Lilac colored cotton/polyester fabric. I then cut it to the size of printer paper and then used a product called gesso. Gesso stiffens up the fabric so that it can run through the printer. I then went on paint and made all the flags except the BEZ which i found on Google images. after that i cut them out and then used a clear glue stick, after the glue was applied i set the flag in a large book and closed it for about 4 hours or so to press it down good. i then used sting and a barbque skewer for the pole and tied the flag up. here is the end result.

I'll be getting series 3, can't wait. Good to know about the heads. Matt, you should destress that flag, they all look great. Looking forward to the diorama pictures.
Here are my apes, always on patrol.

Awesome pictures sticks! I especially love the one towards the end with all the soldiers and Ursus in the back! Heres another glimpse at the diorama the actual model building part as you can see is near complete. after that will come the fun part of painting and putting in all the details and accessories and what not! heres a shot, next time i show it off will most likely be when it is finished!

Up next is my other custom part! "BUGLER SOUND THE ADVANCE"!! My custom bugle i made out of jewelry pieces. i just now need to paint it and add the leather strap!

Some beautiful Diorama/Accessory stuff going on in here! one thing though?...... has there been any progress from anyone on a possible miniaturization of the Retro Taylor Sculpt? - whoever figures that out will have a line out the door of interested parties i'm sure!

Awesome setup! Please take a few shots of the painting process. You should document it all. I look forward to seeing more on this diorama. Great job on the bugler and the rifle pouch. Where did you get the saddle bags? Oh, I broke the barrel off the 2pack machine gun. You can see it in my last picture above.

We are all hoping.

Went to another local Toys R Us and to my surprise found some Classic Apes! 2 General Ursus and 2 Dr. Zaius V2. Was very surprised. Picked up another Dr. Zaius since I already have another Ursus but if any of you want them please let me know. I can drive back and buy the rest out.
