I just got mine. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph it's huge. I keep looking back and thinking it'll be smaller, but I'm always struck dumb by the sheer size.

My wife measured it. It's bigger than my 61 lbs. basset hound. It's bigger than the dog!!! It dwarfs the cats entirely. It's like we got a new pet!!

This does not look like a toy, guys. Toy is too small a word to encompass this mamoth figure. It's more like a playset or one of those strange gothic sculptures you might find in a specialty store.

Well, I got this monster unpacked and damn. Mikey ain't kidding, this thing is huge! Won't fit where I planned on putting him so I think he may be protecting my office. I have a nice spot on a top shelf that he should fit on. This definately isn't a statue, but it is in no way a toy either.

those of you who have seen the outer box pic from the link https://www.aftimes.com/aimport/index.shtml which was posted earlier would have thought it is limited to 2400 pieces. (since the pic shows the numbers 1060/2400 written on the box)

i just collected mine from a local shop today and it is written XX/160. what about the rest of you? i guess it just means the number of those balrog boxes that were in the same freight cargo being shipped together.

so has there been any confirmation on the exact edition size of this?

Yep, that's all it means. Normally with a small run like this, there is only one shipment, but that isn't any sort of hard and fast rule, and I'm not surprised if there were several much smaller shipments like that.

Even thought he's not Polystone, I think of him as the Grandaddy Rog.

Love my 'rog....so...much. He's the most audaciously geeky thing I own, to be sure. If I thought anything would make guest's jaws drop, this'd be it. He's perched on top of the shelf part of an antique fold-out desk.
