Yes, sure - it was a VERY tricky call to design it's deco. Essentially the Tenth Planet costume is a translucent plastic overall similar to the iconic ones used at the end of the James Bond film Dr No. Under these suits they wore a close fitting black and white striped jumpsuit with a lot of silver trim (arm and leg rings, shoulder pads, breathing unit etc.).
They are unique amongst Cybermen in that their human origins are still clearly visible in their exposed/gloveless hands and visible mouths. We've gone for a very cadaverous look, for the figure, with pale skin and greyish lips, a sunken skull like zombified head and thin limbs.
Obviously there is no way to achieve the double layering on the main costume (without ridiculously expensive dual-shot moulding) but we approximated the effect by producing them in a translucent plastic, painting the stripes on and then overspraying the entire model with a dusting of silver that allows you to see the stripes, faintly, in a similar way that you can see them distorted by the original jumpsuit.
