Goddamn motherfrakking wrist pins!
Haven't had him for two hours and already broke the right pin!
To be honest though, I was careless, just not used to how hard to bend the elbows are and put pressure on the wrong spot.
Oh well, will use the posts from the replacement TT I have and look for an extra pin on ebay.
Still, kinda sucks.
In case anybody is looking for replacement pegs, I found this place:
https://www.store-rooms.com/index.aspx
They have what appear to be HT hands with the wrist pegs at a very reasonable price (beats the 9.99 I saw on ebay for just the pegs...).
They also have some very odd and interesting accessories in 1/6, including sofas, chaise-longues, all kinds of footwear and even a very nice Russell Crow/Maximus HS.
I'll let you know how it goes once I get my stuff.
ok guys, i love the fig, but am hard pressed to drop 150 on it, convince me(im thinking its overpriced)...
Somewhat yes. The head stays on because of the friction between the rubber and the head when the head wraps around the neck, but it won't easily fall off. I did the same mod method for my Dutch and he layed on my desk overnight and the head's still in place. I think it's the best way to do a neck mod, no major, permanent changes made to the figure to achieve it and the same end result.
Is there an edition size i need to worry about (im new to hot toys)?
I mean, other than the muscle body and the good head sculpt, i find it a kinda generic 'army fig', ya know?
The predator figs seem to give ya way more bang for your buck, but this is arnie, and i dont know of many or any other good cost effective arnie 12'figs(i got the t2 SS one)...
$150 will seem like a bargain after Dutch sells out and will be selling on the secondary market upwards of $500 or more.
Do you remember Hicks?
Trying to fuhget dit.
