I think the scaling looks fine. Predator a little
Big? maybe...but characters like the Predator (big monsters or monstrous characters like Hulk) it's ALWAYS better to have them oversized than undersized.

Overscaled, yes. But considering the scene when the Predator grabs Dutch, the guy was lifted like 1 feet from the ground? So it fits pretty well for me.

Only email I got was a few weeks back moving my last payment to Feb 5th.

I get mine last usually living on the east coast plus screw it I’ll know what to expect lol
