They sent email on 29th, Dec before release date wasn't changed to Feb~March.

I hope to get Spidey on Jan or Feb.

Yeah, I just got an email from them stating a Feb-Mar ETA on this guy. I'll have to speak with them about how that works with my flex option. Exciting!

I am SO excited to get this guy in my collection, though I'd be lying if all the talk on here and elsewhere about SS production issues (and specifically for this piece, leaning) hasn't gotten me a bit worried since I PO'd this in May, especially since this is my first ever Premium Format statue and by far the most expensive collectible I have purchased.

If I don't edit my order to get this in Feb-March and it turns out there are production issues with it, do you Sideshow experts think it's possible the pieces shipping during the originally-estimated May-June time frame would be improved and/or different in any way from the Feb-March pieces??

I'm curious about this as well, but seeing how great the recent Thor PF came out is very reassuring.

If there's issues they probably have you send it back and they'll send the new fix ones like they did for the Thor pf base.

I sent an email about it. I'll let you know what they say. I assume it will go through their normal "early processing" email system that asks if you want it or not.

Sent them one too. I wonder if we're (people who are getting the emails) apart of that early batch they mentioned, or if this feb-mar is for EVERYONE. Either way I'm super glad this is coming out soon.

I tried live chatting with them as soon as I saw the email, but the link to Live Chat on their support/Contact Us page mysteriously changes to Email Us as the page loads, which I've never seen before on their site. Maybe they aren't back to work from the holiday yet?

EDIT: Now the link stays on Live Chat and when you click it the chat window pops up, but it just says "We are not online at the moment."
