What do you guys have signed by him?

From SSC:
Iron Man COM (ground punch)
Spidey COM (classic 1/4 scale)
HULK COM
DD COM
BiB Spidey COM

From Bowen Designs:
Museum Cap
Painted museum Silver Surfer
Chrome museum Silver Surfer
Faux Bronze smackdown HULK
Classic museum Thor

Kotobukiya 1/6:
Spidey Unleashed fine art statue
Magneto fine art statue

I also have a HULK and Thor head sketch by George Perez signed by both George and Stan.

That's pretty much it for me. I wish I could get him to sign my XM Mags (he's my favorite villain) but that doesn't seem likely since Stan won't be doing CONs after this year and as far as I know, he won't be in Chicago this year. Oh well, I at least had the pleasure of meeting him and getting some of my most favorite pieces signed by him.

Wow. Each autograph was $100?

No. When I went and got my 1st group of statues signed in 2012 they were charging $50 a sig. I had 8 statues signed and the 2 head sketches. Then I went to the C2E2 CON (I think it was 2 years later) and had the rest of my statues signed. At C2E2 they were charging $80 a sig. I was able to negotiate with the guy selling sig tix to people waiting in line. I got him to talk to Stan and Alex (Stan's assistant) and they agreed to $60 a sig since I had a few items I wanted signed. However, $100 a pop is the going rate for Stan's sig nowadays. That's pretty steep IMO. No way I could get all the statues I had signed for $100 a sig. That'd be $1400 today. I paid about half that.

Had Stan Lee sign the rafter, just like Sideshow did at SDCC 15.

$100 + $20 for a COA.

Is there enough space there to get a full readable autograph? I know another person posted their photo 2-3 pages back with the signature on that girder and it looked a little "crunched", but I guess there's nowhere on Spidey that he could sign, haha. I was wondering if that was the best spot to display the autograph.

I went Sat, it was $100 autograph + $20 COA + $30 Spidey Print all for an old guy who doesn't need the money.

His family is gonna be set for life, haha. I'm guessing that's who he's been doing it for. What's the $30 Spidey print? What did you get signed? Was there a photo op?

He doesn't need the money, but he doesn't need to sign anything, and you also don't need his signatures. That's not meant to sound as harsh as it seems, but I just mean that you can choose to pay it or not. I don't think anybody owes anyone anything.

Oh yeah, right, I would have never figured it out. Thanks for the great tip, pal. :slap

Well, then maybe you shouldn't have whined about it like a petulant child on a forum. That was meant to sound harsh.

So I thank you for your great tip and now you think you can scold me again. Save it, pal. You need to mind your own business. Why you getting all bent out of shape? Looks like you're being the child here so go troll somewhere else. And that's me being harsh.

I was gonna use the Sideshow Marvel Trinity print but then last minute I changed my mind and bought a 14x20 print of Spidey. His entourage who were handing the COAs had prints you can buy. Stan Lee was of course the star of the show generating many hundreds of people for his autograph so you can just imagine the pandemonium.

You sound just like Simon Cowell. LOL.:lol

Ditto to the thought of don't complain about something you don't have to have.

Bring your own thing, and don't get the COA. $100 isn't bad.

Why does he make $100 a pop? Because he can.
