2nd pic - will be the modern blade character design

add in half burning corpses that light up & Dracula turning into a bat in half transformation from rats & I think it will look awesome

This piece goes back to a retelling of the tomb of Dracula which many remember as where blade actually started at, he was out there with relatives of Jonathan Harker and all those guys who where hunting down Dracula that's where the original origin of blade came from so what we decide to do was to try and retell that in a 3-D sculpture so that it's the same idea as the tomb of Dracula but we brought blade look up to what he looks modern day now with his newer costumes & newer weapons as well & we also kinda went crazy with Dracula, we tried to make Dracula not the standard Bela Lugosi kind of feel Dracula but more of a creature type Dracula where he's some what turning into a bat but at the same time he looks likes he's being formed by rats coming outta the bottom of the base. He turned out really really great, there's a lot of detail about the piece. In the blade's costume he's got a couple of different swords on him as well as spikes & stakes all over his uniform along with his trademark sunglasses and then for the base we put a couple of victims as he was going up the stairs staking these vampires & what we did was we sculpted it so it looks like their disintegrating, what we also did was not only paint them as if they're burning up but we also put lights inside the base so those figures actually light up as well & gives a great effect. The regular edition has a pistol in blades left hand & the exclusive comes with a changeable hand that means blade can wield 2 swords & a spare gun to place on the base as if Dracula has smacked the gun out his hand

As a fan of the old Tomb of Dracula comic, I would have really loved this...Modern Blade does nothing for me.I'm sure dio will still be bad ass.

Yeah, and isn't it interesting to say easy pass before seeing said piece? Reserve judgement until they atleast unveil the dio. Then again, I am not a dio collector. However, this piece certainally has me intrigued.
