That looked like a catch to me. They are right--can't be incomplete if it never touched the ground. It's either a completion or an INT. I've never seen anything like that one that I can recall.

Yeah, definitely not watching this game. It's like the Cardinals from 4 or 5 years ago. Such an intermittent team.

Moneyline on San Fran was +170.

Just frustrated at how they're playing, don't read too deeply into my comment. Frickin' penalties and turnovers are killing them.

But honestly, I watched every single game yesterday at the sportsbar from 11:00 - 5:00 yesterday, then watched the night game, so I'm a little football'd out.

Larry Fitzgerald is over-rated. If the Cards had sense, they would trade him to the Saints for the great, under-rated Reggie Bush. Or the great, under-rated John Carney.

The Saints do NOT want or need Larry Fitzgerald. Where would he fit in a lineup of great receivers we already have? Marques Colston, Devery Henderson, Lance Moore, Robert Meacham. We've already got great receivers now. There's no room for him. Plus, like you said...he's over-rated. Reggie Bush under-rated? I don't think so. When we first got him in the draft everyone thought he was going to be a HUGE addition to our offense, and I think he has been. Especially after showing what he can really do, like in the Falcons game we just won. :D You...calling John Carney "great" and "under-rated"? WOW! I am stunned! This coming from the same guy that said the Saints should "cut his ass". Yeah...I'm confused. After I stood up for John Carney and even listed all of his career highlights you didn't seem impressed. I don't get it.

Sean Peyton has "no vision"? :horror Sean Peyton is the GREATEST coach we have ever had! Why would you say that about him? You say some things about the Saints that really anger and confuse me. Then, you come back and say it is "all in good fun"? Sean Payton has put together the BEST and most talented team we have EVER had in the 42 year history of this team! He has brought in a high quality coaching staff around him. Look at what a HUGE difference bringing in defensive coach Greg Williams has done for our defense. Before him our secondary played pretty soft, and didn't really attack the ball aggressively like they do now. The difference is there on the field now. Yeah, we're banged up on defense. But second and even third string players have stepped up and done well. We are 13-0! We are undefeated for a REASON. Actually more than one single reason. We have a great team of players dedicated to their jobs, and taking it "one game at a time". We have a quality prepared coaching staff that instructs those players how to properly play their positions. We have millions of dedicated fans that fully support this great team in our state, and in our region of this country. :D

Hey JediMike71, off topic question. I was going thru old Star Trek threads and I see you posted meeting Jeri Ryan? Was this at a convention or something? Is she as beautiful in person as seen on TV?:drool

Hi. Yes, I had the pleasure of meeting Jeri Ryan at a very small Star Trek convention back in....oh man....2001 I think? It was held at a small hotel in New Orleans. We used to have Star Trek conventions back in the 1990s and early 2000s. Sadly, not anymore. She signed a color picture of her in the silver "Seven Of Nine" outfit from "Star Trek Voyager". Yes, she is just as beautiful in person as on the TV screen! :naughty If not more! Some fans there gave her gifts that included some cool Mardi Gras beads. She was very nice, and talked to us fans for a while before signing autographs. I know since then she has had a baby, and starred in some other TV shows since Voyager. But she'll always be "Seven Of Nine" to me! :D I'm still a HUGE Star Trek fan. Even more now with the great new movie this summer!

I remember I was really sick with a cold that day I went to that convention with my good friend and his wife. But it was worth it to meet Jeri Ryan. Those 'cons did not come that often to New Orleans, so I tried to make it to all of them back then.

"LOTRFan" I DO get sarcasm. I guess it's just hard for me to tell when "karamazov80" is being sarcastic, I guess. I'll always stand up for my team...the New Orleans Saints! :D

And let me apologize for stirring the pot with my man JediMike. :lol

Jedi, you're a true believer. Seriously though, Reggie fumbled again on Sunday. He fumbles like it's going out of style. Professional NFL players should know how not to fumble, in my opinion.

Hey, fumbling happens. All of these players are human, and make mistakes. Even the best of them.

Yeah, I'm a "true believer", "die-hard" Saints fan! :D No question about that. Reggie Bush fumbled on that one play, but recovered it. The very next play he ran in and scored a TD (with some great blocking ahead of him).

We'll be ready for those dastardly "cowboys" this Saturday night. It'll be a showdown at the Superdome! :gun

I was hoping that the Steelers would have a turn-around this week. But with Kemoeatu out as well as Polamalu. Foster did pretty well against the Ravens a few weeks ago. He should do well enough. I certainly hope they get past the struggles they have been having this season.

I am also wondering what the game time was before the flex change. It would hurt to find that they got flexed OUT of a national game.

You lucky bastard! Yes SIR, one atractive woman especially in that tight spandex.:D They used to have Star Trek conventions all the time in Minneapolis but haven't seen one recently. The 90s were a great time for Trek fans with Generation, DS9 and Voyager. Never really liked Enterprise. Jeri Ryan seems like a really cool chick in person too. She married a chef and opened up a restaurant in LA. Yup, she had a kid and she had one from her previous marriage. The Trek convention to go to is the annual one in Vegas. They have the Star Trek Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. Gotta go sometime.

Turn what around? Their season is over. They might as well bench their starters and hope for the best next year. :lol
