Wow the last 3 SB's won by the Saints, Packers and Giants, What does that have to tell you how far the NFC has changed! :horror

And to think next season...Saints, Pack, CAM!!!, and now the Niners will be back to dominate, who knows with Fisher and the Rams, could be :lol I'd say the NFC is going to be a force to contend with in the SB!

If things stay the same AFC only has the Pats, Texans and Ravens to lead the way. :slap

I'd replace the Texans with the Steelers.

I can't believe the NFL analysts are still thinking the Cowboys will make a SB run! :lol NOT with ROMO! :slap

Sorry I forgot to add Eagles, to next season because at some point that team will get their act together.

And of course if Eli is involved the Giants are always going to be a force to reckon with each season, but I doubt they can 3peat, it will be a while for them to make it the SB again.

Seriously you are putting Carolina in there? :lol :rotfl

Thats where I don't understand. You mean you'd rather lose in the title game than the SB?

The 4 SB Ws Montana has trumps 3 SB Ws for Brady. But Brady's 2 SB Ls are better than the multiple title game loses for Montana.

I'd rather not lose to be honest. Losing in either game sucks and you get the same thing. The greats are based on what they do on the biggest stage not the second biggest.

Montana was 4-2 it looks like in conference title games and Brady is 5-1. In the end I look at it like this SB>Conference Title Game.

Yeah I am! they got SUPERCAM, I know they'll get some good defensive draft picks, hopefully get a second franchise receiver through free agency to help Smith. and rest is clear, they might not make it to the SB, but if they get the right defensive drafts, they can stand toe to toe with Brees, I'm about lost faith in the Falcons, unless they do something with the defense! :lecture

Hell Yes! All the haters will see.

I love everyone who doubts Carolina when they led in every game except one this season with one of the hardest schedules. And Cam took the worst offense to a top 10 and a top 3 rushing.

All they need is to improve the defense and learn how to close games, while Cam needs to learn how to say calm.

The Giants have to be the luckiest super bowl winning team twice now.

every team needs a little luck to win it all in the NFL. The zebras didn't control the outcome of the game, that's all one can ask for, great game, and well deserved for the Giants.

It's a fact: Empirical research has proven that football is overwhelmingly made up of a majority of douchebags. In fact, Football had a firm lead over all other sports in douchebaginess for a while.
However, in the past decade, Football has fallen to number two in the amount of douchebags due to the rise in popularity in MMA.

So:
********* s per sport:

1. MMA

What's really an interesting statistic is that toy collecting makes the list at #32. I know it's not a sport, but , hey it's not my study.

I guess that's why all the current champions are some of the most humble athletes in all of sports :dunno

Why are they picking on Wes Welker! Don't they realize Hernandez missed an easy one that could've changed the momentum as well.:thud:

You're right. Nothing says humble like Rampage Jackson, Brock Lesnar or Plexico Buress shooting himself in the leg at a night club.

Not to bring down anything that Eli has accomplished, Congrats!
But what if the SF didn't beat the Saints, and the Giants had to travel to the dome in the playoffs! could the SB could've been Saints vs Pats, I think Brees could beat GB, even with the weak defense.

What if...:lecture

The way the Giants were playing the last few weeks? Toss up, I think. But then, the Saints, Niners, and Giants all looked about equal over the last few weeks. So that dome could have been the deciding factor.

So we have had two Giants / Pats Super Bowls and pretty much only one play that will be remembered. These two games were almost as boring as the two LSU / Alabama games.

I think that's a complement if you're talking about the first LSU/Alabama game (which had its share of drama, and was a great defensive struggle). But no way I would compare much of anything I've seen in recent years in the pros to the BCS title game. Not even when the Browns, Lions, or Rams were playing their worst did their offenses embarrass themselves like that.

I wanted a good game more than anything, and they delivered. Giants win is just icing on the cake.

The whole match was intense, and 4th quarter was crazy. When bradshaw stopped at the end zone confused then tipped into it, it was like wtf? followed by cheers, then realized what that meant, and cheers became cursing lol. Some people were still not getting what happened why a TD was bad. It was great!

Pats really did have a shot in that last 60 sec, unfortunately brady couldnt connect with anyone, i blame the receivers.

Just like in 08 super bowl, it was a great game! i love it

i dont know what planet you are from, but i was on edge the whole game. So is pretty much everyone in ny...
