So stats do matter now? :cuckoo: Man you are all over the place. Maybe one day you will do a couple back flips and pull your head out of your ass. :rotfl:exactly:

Championship stats and regular season stats aren't the same.
Some players are far better able to bring a better game during the second season.

Sheesh. Do you even watch the game?

most of those won back when there was what 6...maybe 8 teams in the league.

The Habs won at least 10 cups since the 1967 expansion.
That's double that of the second most winnigest team since expansion, the Oilers (5).

You're starting to sound like a Flyers fan who ignore facts or cling to nonsensical stats to make nonsensical points.

Whats nonsensical about pointing out they ran it up in a 6-8 team league?

I'm making perfect sense. I'm not the one who continues to make contradictory statements. :rotfl

Eberle's first goal was just sick, Edmonton could be a real exciting team to watch this year.

Leafs win, Flyers win..Valfar is happy.

Your point appears to suggest that the Habs accomplishmed very little post expansion. That isn't true. They have more cups than any team prior to expansion and they have double the cups of any team post expansion.

This is what I get for defending the Pens.... lol.
Face it -- For the next 5 years, the Pens will likely be the Flyers kryptonite...

Be honest, who do you think has a better chance of winning the cup -- flyers or pens.
Even if the flyers win most of their reg season games against the pens, would it at all change your prediction?

P.S. The Flyers beating a clearly fatigued Habs club who just beat The President's cup trophy winners and the previous year's stanley cup champions is nothing to pat your back over. At the end of the season, what was the greater accomplishment in the eyes of fans who truly understand the sport of hockey?

Hey, fatigued or not we still knocked you guys out, and the Flyers didn't win the previous year's stanely or president's cup but we sure did play better in the playoffs.

I honestly believe the Flyers do. :lecture

Nah whats really funny is the fact that the Flyers were the first team to score in your new home and the first team to win there as well. That is pretty ____ing funny. :yess:

If that's going to be the Flyer fan's biggest claim to fame for the next long while, they must be setting their sights really low. What's next for the Flyer fan? To brag about the brand of ketchup at the Wachovia Center?
