I agree, it's pretty cool that the Coyotes won the Pacific Should make for a great series and playoffs (even if they don't make it past the first round haha).

I dont know we matched up pretty good with the hawks in the regular season. But if smith is shakey then its a first round exit.

Not too thrilled about the Caps versus Bruins. Would have much rather played the Rangers. Oh well, GO CAPS!!!!

With Backstrom back anything can happen, Im actually rootign for the Caps in that series.

Having Nick back is a huge boost. He's by far the best player on the team. Now if only we had some health in the net.

Tough match-up, but there are no gimmes in the playoffs. The Bs are going to give up goals, Washington has a ton of firepower, but their defense is shaky and while I really like Holtby long term I don't think he's ready to beat the Bruins on his own. Match Chara-Seidenberg against Ovechkin-Backstrom, spot the Bergeron line against the top two lines as necessary, & stay out of the penalty box and they should be alright. I see the Bs playing disciplined two-way hockey and grinding out a hard fought win in 6.

This all sounds like the Rangers are already gearing up for their flurry of excuses as to why they won't/didn't get passed the first or second round. FCOL, the stars of every team get smacked around. Do we really need to explain why two of the top 5 players in the league get more attention? Because they can hurt you.
