Lets do this babeh. Make your picks!

I, THE REAL MR. HOCKEY (Not Mr. Elbows) DEMAND IT!

I pick the Flyers to lose. However, I believe they are going to lay a beat down. Pens are done next series. Crosby will be retired or Malkin will be hurt bad. That is my prediction.

Laviolette is going to beat them to a pulp in the tunnels to the dressing room :lol

Oilers are so lucky, and of course the Leafs draw last :lol

You see Burkie's interview? hahahaha Feel bad for the guy even if I do think he's complete deadpan tool.

I enjoyed his critique of the "Pittsburgh Model".

:lol The Edmonton Oilers are on year 3 of the Penguin model of team building. They should be a dynasty in another 3-5 years.

I wonder if they'll trade their draft pick for a proven veteran and pick lower down the list... What's interesting is that Edmonton's pick would really suit Toronto's needs. However, given the history between Burke and Edmonton (formerly, Kevin Lowe), I can't see the Oilers wanting to do the Leafs any favors.

Burke made some poor choices and is now paying for it. I think Boston would have accepted one first rounder and a player or prospect for Kessel. The Bruins didn't even want Kessel. I think the Leafs were the only ones in the running for him. I can't see the Leafs being much better next season unless they make another splashy move.

Enjoy sucking ass again next season :)

I'm willing to bet the Habs will do better than 28th next season.

I wonder what kind of salary bump Price can reasonably expect for coming in 28th.
I keep wondering what people see in him. While he may be a decent goalie, I've never really been starstruck by him like I have with other premium goaltenders playing today like Miller, Ward, or Rinne.

He's an interesting case. He's much better than he showed this season. You really have to take into account what was in front of him. I'm sure he's looking for something more long term than his last contract. Depending on the length I could see it being somewhere in the 5-6 AAV range.
