Honestly, LA dominated that game from the drop of the puck and Quick had a stellar game. That paddle save on Zuccarello was insane and I think he had another paddle save on Brassard later that was equally as good. NY failing to take one or even both games in LA was brutal and Carter's goal off Girardi's skate with less than a second to go in the first was back breaking.

It's too late for this but.....

Never too late! :lecture Rangers could easily be leading this series :banghead

Hoping NY gets another great start like they have all series, put LA behind the 8 ball again and let Henrik carry us to game 6

It's LA's binge scoring that did the Hawks in and poses the biggest problem for NY. No lead is safe. LA can be down 2-0 in a game and before you know it, they are up 3-2. Some of it is luck (a broken stick leading to a break away goal) and quite a bit of it is skill (pick your goal scorer). It's LA's constant offensive onslaught that caught me completely by surprise. Anyone that watches hockey knows they are a great team. However, no can say they saw this kind of offensive output coming from LA when the playoffs started. The Rangers have their work cut out for them. That said, I'd still like to see a game 7. It seems to be in the script for LA this year. :lol

What a BS penalty. Muzzin should have been called for tripping. He's the one who extended his leg. Well, NY still has a chance to win this in OT.

Yep, horrible. Same ref who won't call LA Kings running Henrik over either. Cost NY a huge goal.

Hard fought game by both teams. This series was closer than the record will reflect. Congrats to the Kings and their fans.

Ugh!!! I am VERY upset right now!!!!!!

I recorded the game and TWO shows afterward just in case the game went long. I watched the first period than had to leave the house because the family went shopping at best buy and a furniture store. I watched part of the OT at the furniture store. Then I went home, watched the game,... and the initial recording plus two afterwards recordings failed to record the second OT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All this time invested and I didn't even get to see my team win! : (

*sob* whaaaaaaaa!!!!! *sob*

It means nothing, but the Bruins and Blackhawks open at 8 to 1 betting favorites next season. I know I want to see a rematch of the '13 final.:)

I miss hockey already. At least the draft is coming up soon.:impatient:

And free agency which is always fun

Refs cost Rangers two games.

Pretty much, that tripping call last night was absolutely horrible. But, NY had plenty of chances to win so *shrug* As a monstrous Ranger fan it hurts seeing Henrik let down again, the guy gave a performance for the ages to get them this far only to fall short. He deserves one Cup at least.
