Yeah, I hate the penalties... hurts my team's chances. So annoying. I remember when they showed Crosby getting back at a player for roughing him up... and the commentators saying you do that, you put yourself in a bad position. Skate away. You are much better for it. This isn't a regular season game. This is for all the chips... 2 games away from Lord Stanley's Cup and you're letting them to get under your skin like that... that does annoy me.

It'll annoy you a whole lot more if the Sharks keep scoring on their PPs. These are 1 goal games. You can't give your opposition those kinds of chances. It's the main thing keeping the Sharks in the games and quite possibly this series.

Very true, and why I hate when people take penalties, especially stupid needless ones during games where you're so close from winning it all. Be deciplined.

Definitely. It's one thing to take a penalty that may stop a likely goal from happening. That at least gives your PK a chance to keep the biscuit out of the basket. However, retaliation penalties are flat out idiotic in post season play and even worse when you are in the Cup Finals. Let's see if the Pens got the message. Game 4 will probably be another nail-biter for fans of both teams.

Was it ever a nail biter.. Can't belive the Pens are one win away... The toughest one to win

I see them wrapping this up in game 5. It'll probably be another hotly contested contest with the Pens scraping out another win. That's pretty much been the theme of this series.

We're on the precipice of Mike Sullivan being a SC winning coach and Phil Kessel being a legitimate choice for the Conn Smythe. These are some strange times.

I hope they wrap it up tonight for you Pens fans. I'll look forward to Dumoulin bringing the Cup around locally.

Since I have no vested interest in either team, I hope the Sharks win tonight. All of these games have been tense and tight. A real blast to watch. Unlike the NBA Finals, this series has been close and competitive.

Wow, what a game. The action was fast and furious in that 1st period. I thought we were in for an offensive explosion tonight. Even though there was nothing more than an empty netter scored in the rest of the game, the Pens had unbelievable chances. Jones was outstanding in net and as fate would have it, the posts were his best friend tonight. It's unreal just how much the Pens have carried play in this series. They get 46 shots on net, dominate puck possession, score a PP goal, and kill off both PPs they gave the Sharks. Man, it just wasn't their night. On to game 6.

Gordie Howe passed away today. My condolences to his family. The NHL and his fans lost a true LEGEND today. RIP.

Saw him once at Joe Louis, he was taking the time to speak to every fan

RIP Mr hockey, the hockey world has lost a legend

San Jose is plus 290 to win the series, leverage my win by putting some money on the so either way I come out a winner

Never seen Old Yeller, but since I have a retriever, I probably would and have no shame admitting that. And exactly why I won't watch it.

Congrats to the Pens and all their fans. Hell of a defensive display in the 3rd. Pens gave up only 2 shots on goal when you know the Sharks needed to throw everything they could at the Pens in the 3rd period. That's how you close a game out.
