Well I was wrong obviously. Didn't think the Caps had that 3rd period in them. Pens won't lose at home though so it took 6 games.

Fleury needs some defensive help and the Pens forwards have to bring on the hurt. They have to lead by puck possession.

Flyers series when Hunter scored on a breakaway on a pass from Larry Murphy. Caps came back from down 3-1 to win the series in OT of game 7.
This is the Pens.....Caps lose.

And I admit, nobody breaks out the play or gets that first pass out like Tanger does, and losing another stud dman in Daley hurts, but we also have a crazy good offensive arsenal up front.

I'm already over it because there was zero question. All it took for Mr. Game 7 to have his legacy tarnished was to put on Craps jersey.

LOL.....bounces. had the Caps brought the game that they brought in games five and six then they would have walked over the pens in Game 7. The simple fact is that this group of daisies simply doesn't have the balls when it matters.

Crosby is to Ovechkin as Brady was to Manning. Ovechkin has to finally get past Crosby one of these days if he wants to win a cup. He has three Harts and all these regular season accolades, but he'll always be remembered as not being able to get past Crosby in the post season to get his team the trophy that ultimately matters in the end.
My conference finals prediction was almost accurate, sans the Rangers. Still say Predators and Penguins in the final with the Penguins repeating, though I'm pulling for the Preadators to go all the way.
