Why is there such a NEED on this board by some people to mock others faith? Neither myself nor Teemu have attacked any of you nor have we tried to force you into anything. We have shared our faith and beliefs based of a movie that takes extreme liberty and outright falsehood when compared to scripture and in return we get laughing, mocking and people being as condescending as possible. You're free to share why your belif differs all you like, but do you need to be butt holes about it?

Well then you probably simply don't believe that any suffering here is in reality a millisecond long and will be long forgotten over the billions upon billions of years of joy in eternity. And that is your right to make that choice.

According to the Bible God's Word is eternal, suffering (for the believer) is not.

First of all...there is no way that the Bible could of been written by Men on their own.Why? Because the Bible does not glorify Men,but glorifies our Creator

Man does NOT have a Free Will...How can Man have a FREE WILL when he is in Bondage and a Slave to Sin? He can't...Your Will is not free because you were born in Sin.Your Will is to serve Sin.

The only people to ever have "true free will" was Adam and Eve.Once sin entered in,Man became spiritually DEAD and Sinful.Adam passed down the curse of Sin down to everyone Born past,present and future.

I Corinthians 2:14 "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."

The Bible teaches that man is totally Depraved and it takes the working spirit of God to quicken (wake up) a man spiritually to belief

And this is why we NEED a Saviour in our Lord Jesus Christ...because we are spiritually dead,born in Sin and that Man needs a Redeemer for our Sin.

Again, what Teemu posted is FAR from what you're claiming. You're understandimg of scripture is clearly clouded by your hatred for it. Even Satan believes in God so believing in God doesn't save you. Also, God doesn't say "worship me or your *** is going to hell".....nope, not one time does He say that.

It's just...this is a film, based off a story, and liberties are going to be taken.

Even true stories that happened less then 5 years prior to the actual film version is going to take liberties. It's not a big deal. The people who believe will know this film isn't accurate, and the people who don't won't really care that much. They'll just enjoy this old tale they've known forever.

There was no or or anything to indicate you're just willing to have a causal conversation about people's inability to be kind to each other. And yes, I do think it's very rude thing to say. Notice how no one wanted to touch that. I'm assuming you're a religious person, who's trying to get people to understand your view on that, am I right? CP, it's not that no one will touch the hell issue. I personally just don't see a point. You have your views and accurate quoted scripture isn't going to make you change your mind so why debate it? You keep paraphrasing scripture with blanket statements like "belive in God or burn in hell" and there is a lot more to Christianity than that.
