Those are the kinds of things that I can happily leave alone and say "it's a batman movie" and just accept that logically it doesn't make much sense

But wait . . . I thought The Nobats starred in the most realistic, uber-gritty, packed-with-verisimilitude comic book movies OF ALL TIME!

Which is it?

Yeah that is very minor- try following half of the action happening in IM3..it's all over the place with no explanation.....

The explanation is quite simple: studio a$$hats who demanded that every toymaker and audience demographic be catered to.
When the title character in a CBM becomes a supporting character in his own film, then the whoring is complete.

I just got the two-disc Bluray versions for $6 a piece on Black Friday. Take that you overpriced and lousy "collector's" boxset. I want to marathon Harmy's SW OT Trilogy, the EE LotR Trilogy, and Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy. Christmas Break can't come fast enough!

Loved the five act tragedy deconstruction of The Dark Knight and the links to Shakespeare.

I agree... except the "best movie ever made" part, which is probably exaggerated. It was the most entertaining out of the trilogy, though. TDKR however, should burn and no one should ever admit that there was ever a third movie. Jus' sayin'

That is a pretty great video. They make a lot of great points.

I watched it again recently on Blu-Ray, surround sound, nice and loud, new TV. The cast, the cinematography, the music, the insane action sequences, it's a great film. Still, it has a lot of problems, it's just such a sincere film. Calling it "horrible" is waaay too hyperbolic, it's not a perfect film by any means, but it's not "horrible" either. I think the guys at Red Letter Media described it best. So I'm just gonna lazily forward their videos, they can put it better then I ever will.
