Don't sweat that dollar Cosmo - I won that auction and I was prepared to go up to $300.

For casual smiling Bruce? I wasn't, but I wanted to get him as cheap as I could lol.

:(

Just lost auction on Casual suit Bruce that I could've gotten for $94. Outbid by $1.

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago too, and the listing was in Australia, so I didn't expect anyone to bid on it, since the last time ti was listed no one touched it. :slap

I just received mine FROM abc-express (made an offer for $115 shipped and he accepted, after losing on an auction by the same seller which went to $117 only hours after :p)

He looks rad with the sunnies on, and the body is unexpectedly heavy. It's my first BL figure.

But I when I tried to turn the head, I didn't expect the neck to be soft, I was expecting it to be just regular plastic, because it looked that way in photos. Do I need to worry about rubber body issues I've been hearing about and keep posing/stretching on those parts to the minimum?

Nah, I'm just messing around :lol. I try never to think about ebay auctions in terms of 'if only I'd bid that extra dollar', 'cause you don't know how high the winner was prepared to go. I paid $280 + $50 shipping for a Mr Bean a couple of months' back, and a member here managed $270 shipped for his just this week. So I try to make myself feel better about the lesser deal 'cause I can't know how high the auction would've gone if I'd bid on it. Probably $271...

Meh! I mainly wanted it for the spare body and the suit. I can care less about the head sculpt as I like the EB GOD smiley head better personally.

offer him $100 shipped (off ebay) straight via paypal (as goods) to save ebay fees..worked for me several times with other sellers, you never know

Hello Chris, who pays for the PayPal fee when you usually do that - and will PayPal protect you if you do it off eBay ?

Nice one!

We were discussing the FoF calm head sculpt earlier & I wanted to post pics of the 'knock off' head sculpts I purchased.

1st knock off FoF head sculpt I purchased

2nd knock off FoF head sculpt I purchased

Bruce Li :lol

Instead of looking like he's going to "wipe the floor with his enemies", he looks more like he's going to "mop the floor" :lol

Very nice, were they the same seller or different ones? They look good to me.

best ive seen is $130 shipped..

The best I got was £75 shipped.

I don't think there is a Paypal fee, you're just straight sending them the money. I certainly didn't pay a fee. If it's a payment for goods I suspect there will be some protection. I didn't really go into the whys and wherefores I just sent the money.

It was how I got my ETD head from Yankee.

The Paypal fee is usually charged to the person who is withdrawing or recieving the money, thus the seller is charged. Some sellers want to incorporate that into their asking price or ask to pay that extra charge extra so they get the exact price they want. There is no rule who pays Paypal fees, some sellers take the hit from the money sent to them, some want the buyer to pay the extra.

YES Paypal WILL protect you if you do it off ebay. You have a 45 day window from date of payment to make a claim or dispute if there is any problem

as axe said..the seller pays the fees..they usually send you a paypal invoice, with goods on it.you pay and covered for 45days

well, just bought some stuff for my spare body/heads.:)
leather jacket, custom WOTD outfit, jeans trainers and black :wink1:tshirt.

If the seller is sending a PayPal invoice then there is no charge for the buyer, how ever if the seller wants the buyer to send money there are two options - the buyer pays the PayPal fee or the seller will be charged of the amount being sent.
