I'd actually probably buy that too... wouldn't mind a different adult version of Anakin.
While for consistency, I'd say make it AOTC influenced like Obi-Wan is from the first CW series, that's pretty much just AOTC Anakin so I say make an AOTC Anakin at some point and use the Vader-esqu CW armor for a CW figure, that'd look cool, and use the new cartoon where his hair is a step between AOTC and ROTS.

Amazing shots as usual Sean. The switch looks great.
No mods at all, the ball joint is exactly the same size on the HT as the SSC neck.

It's too bad that it will probably be difficult to get a parted-out head sculpt for this. I don't think places like Toy Anxiety will be carrying him.

Hasbro AOTC boots and pants.
One note of warning, if you're going to experiment with removing the head, try hard to get the head off without removing the neck from the shoulders or be prepared for a battle to get the neck back into the jumpsuit.
I started with AOTC shots because I saw how big a pain it'd be to get the neck back in after I removed it so I figured I'd get the shots in before I put the Clone Wars figure back together. Once my regular Obi-Wan comes later this week, I'll permanently mount it on my kitbash and then I've got more images planned with that.

Wow, Sean! Once again...excellent photos that really flatter the headsculpt and emote the character. Very, very cool. I really love seeing him in the traditional EP2 clothing, too. That looks so good!
I consider it a Trevolver-MaulFan tag team effort Trev. You line up the pins, and I knock 'em down. If you didn't provide such a nice canvas for what I do, I could only go so far.
And once again, I'm very grateful you took this portrait in the direction you did. It's every bit the AOTC Obi-Wan 1/6 incarnation I hoped for when the prototype debuted. I'm extremely thrilled with it and I'm glad to have AOTC properly represented in my collection finally. Gentle Giant's been the best I've seen and own, but this head finally delivers

Think Ill keep my second Obi to make one of these. My Obi and Plo were their robes so I can just borrow from them since you dont see the clothing as is....although now that I saw I want to do that Ill decide to pose them sans robe
But I also need to get another Hot Toys body for him...

Thanks, because of how soft they are too, you can actually get decent poseability out of the TrueType's feet inside them, can't get the boot to bend but you can get some pretty nice battle stances.
