Dang, Josh, that's a KILLER repaint! If I have any real criticism of production figures, it's the centered pupil...it's very unnatural...but thankfully you expert repainters/customizers make it right! That helps the likeness a lot. (and all of that weathering looks awesome!)

And Sean...keep 'em coming dude, those photos are beautiful!

Awesome pics, Maul :horror

And I love your repaint, DA! I'm tempted to do something like that to mine now!

Great pics! Sean, how hard is it to swap heads back and forth?

Well, when I removed the head, it took the neck with it. Hot Toys' recent figures and now Sideshow too, the heads hold onto the ball joint from the neck tighter than the necks hold onto the ball joint of the shoulder. It's easy to get off, but if the neck comes off with the head, you'll need some tweezers to help you get the neck back into the jumpsuit and then put the collar back onto the neck. The body suit has a ribbed neck just like the clones will have, but to be accurrate to Obi-Wan's look, there's a collar piece added, un ribbed, with horizontal folds in it, so once you get the neck into the ribbed suit and back onto the shoulder joint, you then have to put the collar back on and tuck it back under the armor. At least that's what I did, I found it easier getting the neck back into the suit by pulling away the collar rather than stretching both out around the neck.

Thanks Trev! Dude, your sculpt again... was INSANE. So honestly, it was very easy to push that last bit to bring out the Ewan in it. The eyes help a lot, that centered pupil never works to me. They always come out odd looking, lifeless.

That's possibly the coolest thing I've ever seen. The sculpt that Trevor did is just nailed in this picture. Nice job! I just scored a second ROTS Kenobi off ebay and I have the Hasbro EP 2 Kenobi so I'm doing the EP 2 also. Now I just have to get a Trutype body. Damn you Trevor for nailing EP 2 Obi-Wan and making me have to get another Clone Obi-Wan to get another head! I blame you and not my compulsion!:D

Once again Sean you've outdone yourself with your pics of General Kenobi.
Your pics are wicked awesome!
You should see if Sideshow will hire you to do their calendar shoots!
:chew

Thanks guys! Well, I simply go in there with black and brown paint... watered down a bit.. and have fun. Fill in voids, add scratches and blast marks.

I will be revisiting it with my dremel to make some dents and deep scorches in the armor, to aid in the realism. I LOVE SSC's harder armor, makes my job so much easier. :rock

No one beats Trev in his eye for detail and accuracy. You can see his passion for growing his talent a bit further in every piece he produces. Simply amazing in every word.

By the way, incase it's hard for folks to see, it's the ROTS Ex. Grievous blaster I've got him wielding in some of the shots, fits just fine in the CW hand :rock
