I enjoy the character Jack Sparrow and I think he is iconic enough to make it onto my shelves. I don't 'love' the films but this representation of the character is a must IMO. Absolutely amazing piece of art

I feel similarly. This is Depp's most iconic role, and the figure is just too awesome for words. So, I wouldn't mind having the figure.

Yup.....I am a comic fan and a casual Sparrow but the Dx Jack is easily one of my most anticipated. Speaks volumes of the craftsmanship on this one .

I think the T-800's jacket material in a very dark brown (darker than what they have right now) would be perfect for Indy.

After the first movie, I didn't have any interest in following up with the sequels.
This figure is so good, it makes me want to watch those sequels.

this guy is a must for me i really love this character, always wanted jack but i missed the first two figures but now i get the ultimate jack and that brings a tear to my eye!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if there's a wire in it, or if the material just lays better, but I really like how the sash came out on this one, that was one of the more challenging pieces on the old Jack's to futz, especially cuz the fabric had no weight to it.

This is how selectively oblivious I can be. When I first saw the preview pics for this, I thought "What is that towel thing?"

Then I looked through pictures and noticed he's had it in every movie.

Anyone else think it was a bad move releasing this before Sweeney Todd? Had they released Sweeney first I'd have POed that, but getting this first with the price tag it made that an easier pass. Sweeney looks great, though, but I think this sculpt is a tad-bit more accurate.

Now hopefully this whole second face fiasco gets resolved quickly, and they re-release it in the specs. I'm just curious to see if any tweaks were made to it or not.
