Re: Official NECA The Terminator Thread

Also this guy got a fatboy for his 7" figure and did a kitbash of the Pescadero T-800 from NECA and the T-850 w/coffin from McFarlane to create a figure capable of sitting astride it....

7" figures are loosely scaled at 1:12".

Just because the bike is 1:10 scale does not mean the figure is.

I don't think so, because if 1/6th figures are on average 12 inches tall, then if the 7 inch figures were 1/12 they would be half the height of the 1/6th figures, when in reality they are taller.

When a company makes a one sixth scale figure of a person, they just round the number. They just assume everyone is 6 feet tall, which we all know is far from true. Same with 7" figures. NECA & McFarlane figures vary from 6"-8" depending on the character. If a Predator is nearly 8 feet tall in real life, then he would be 8" as 1/12 figure and 14" as a 1/6th figure, which are the approximate measurements of NECA and Hot Toys. Do the math and you'll see.

Re: Official NECA The Terminator Thread

The standard for humans in the "smaller" scale is 7 inches, and the standard in 1/6th is twelve inches... So the 7 inch figures aren't 1/12. 6 inch figures are 1/12 like some 6 inch GI Joes however.

Again...the 7" figures are loosely scaled at 1/12". There is no actual technical scale for them, but if you wanted to be that technical...it would be about 1/11.

Re: Official NECA The Terminator Thread

What a great topic. I'm 1/1 myself.

Re: Official NECA The Terminator Thread

Does not look bad.
But the squinting eyes are not good.
I also hope that the color has a metallic Look like the 2009 Endos.

Too bad the Neca has made no real T1 Endoskeleton.

Re: Official NECA The Terminator Thread

Endoskeleton looks great still not sure if Im buying it.
