It could always be that Kyle is doing sculpts but these arent them. Toy Fair is more a show off of plans for the year than reveal final product, NECA could have rushed this to get a model on the floor using old heads

Valid point! :goodpost:

I'm a little happier with the T2 ReAction figures than T1, I've never seen T1 in stores though, every other line of theirs but Terminator.

That ultimate Terminator will be mine!!! Finally, a 7 inch fully articulated T800 :yess: This Ultimate line is awesome! The only issue I see is that the final battle damaged sculpt doesn't go with the body, and the sunglasses head doesn't go with the grey shirt...oh well, it's good enough.

Sarah Connor was just confirmed, although I speculate it'll be from Terminator: Genisys.

Surely the Genisys line is part of their yearly "pay-the-bills" products, but at least it's from a movie that might have potential unlike the crappy After Earth (that was eventually canned) or Carrie offerings.

The Commando figure, not loving that one. Maybe it's the paint. But if they can't even paint the prototype well how is the mass-produced figure gonna look.

I have a feeling that it is just a sort of proof-of-concept not final showing more than anything. It looks Pretty much like they took the Jungle Encounter Dutch proto and added the vest, straps, and repainted it. The arms and hands, shirtless torso and especially the legs appear to be identical to Dutch. Also under the paint, the head really looks like the Jungle Encounter Dutch head sculpt.

I mean, I guess they COULD just re-use all of those parts to make it, but I would think they would use new parts for the main body...

You know NECA's all about recycling, I'm sure part of the reason for doing Commando is because of all the Dutch parts they can recycle.

It's a pass for me on the ultimate figure, though I wasn't likely going to rebuy anyway. Seems like a wasted opportunity to display the new and improved articulation in the same pose the original figure was in lol

Fingers crossed this Sarah Connor is from T2.

From the hotly anticipated Terminator Genisys, coming to theaters in July 2015!

These 7” scale action figures include main characters from the upcoming movie that promises to “Reset the Future.” Assortment includes Guardian T-800 and #Endoskeleton figures. Both figures are all new, highly poseable, and completely accurate to the new movie designs.

The older “#Guardian” T-800 features the likeness of Arnold Schwarzenegger and comes with Remington shotgun accessory. The Endoskeleton figure comes with plasma cannon accessory.

Ships to Retailers in July! More info:

Those are better than any of the Kenner figures we got at the time. Such a pity this is the only kind of John Connor that ever gets made - feckin' bobbleheads, minimates or this sort of thing^ Wish NECA and Hot Toys had the balls.

A T2 one would be nice. I'd love to replace the old McFarlane one. Steel mill look would be my first choice, with the shotgun.

I liked Kenner John Connor from '91. That was a great sculpt and he had the bike. The Endoskeleton with the glowing eyes was also cool.

As for Genysis, I hope it's T2 Sarah and not Game of thrones Dragon girl.

See, I'm the exact opposite. I think the neck sculpted to the head is perfect. I wish Hot Toys did that with their Terminators.
