I think Vader is so open to interpretation because, dependent on many many factors, he can and does look so different. I don't think there is such a thing as a definitive Vader, or ever will be, even screen used costumes sometimes don't look right. Camera angles, lens distortion and lighting seem to affect Vader more than any other character. Especially when taking pics of the figure. The fact that Lucas didn't seem to have much consistency with Vader costumes in a ANH doesn't help either :slap....BLAME LUCAS!.....:lol

Of course I am biased, but I do think the Kasutic body gives the best option to date for an "accurate" Prowse ANH Vader.

Nope, you are wrong... I am right. Unless of course I decide to do this mod, then we'd both be right :lol

But in all seriousness you're very correct... in my minds eye I see Vader's body a bit different. But I still think your mod is pretty spot-on, part of me wants to copy, but then the lazy part wants to have a sandwich :huh

Wanted to post a pic with Emperor in it.

The three villains :rock Trinity of Evil.

Hope you're satisfied with it once you've done the swap. I'll terrible feel if you do it and end up hating it and in turn hating me forever :(

They definitely should have done a little more work on the helmet. What I basically did was widening the dome crown and tilting the whole thing so it sits lower in the back. Then I pulled up the upper inner eye sockets where they connect with the nose bridge. Make the whiskers under the cheeks larger, and changed the shape at the upper edge of the cheeks, to give the whole thing some curves. It's not perfect, but it's a better representation of the helmet.

Wow dude! That looks beautiful. Is that photo shop or did you really do the work? And how the hell did you achieve this? Cut the dome in half and widen it with bondo? Looks frigging awesome!

Sorry, just photoshop. But that's basically what has to be done to the piece to fix it... and sadly they are making the same mistakes on the new one.
