Well, it's all in MF's hands now...
Since the dome came off, he can adjust it and take pics to see if a) it is possible and b) it looks good.

Have a few minutes before I step out again, so here's a quick response.

A) Not without serious customization, B) not without serious customization.

In order to change how the dome lays on the head, you'd have to

1) Trim away/off the peg inside the dome that goes into the head
2) Sand or some other way smooth out the glue spot on his nose area of the mask so when you move the dome what's showing doesn't look like crap
3) Possibly repaint the mask after you smooth out the glue to make it all blend right.
4) Find a way to keep the dome in place.

Might be a tad anoying to set the angle with that glue mark in the way..wonder if it can be removed easily, without damaging the surface.

If the dome is high enough so that the area with glue is showing, it will look like crap anyway, glue or no glue. It will be too high. Not only the angle must be changed, but the dome has to lay somewhat lower on the face to look good.

When i see a pic like this i honestly wonder what everyone is ^^^^^ing about, this figure looks just fine to me.

Yup. He is bad ass and is the best production Vader figure period. But everything could aways use a tweak here and there.

I agree with both, this is the best 12" mass production vader out there and it's a great piece. We should be happy that we even got one this great. If he doesn't meet your expectations simply don't buy it, there are alot more fans that will love to have yours and sideshow didnt produce the piece just for you.

Looks brilliant to me! Can't wait for it! :love

Even with the dome issue, Vader actually looks better than the PF in almost every way. SSC has really improved in their ability to do armored figures.

I agree, that's why I can't wait for them to make a new PF Vader :rock!
