Help Support Collector Freaks Forum:
For the games I'm really interested in I want to have the disc and box and maybe if there's a good collector's edition. But for example Battlefront was digital-only and Dark Souls 3 is digital-only as well. And in other cases when there is a collector's edition usually the best one doesn't have a PC version.

Yeah and Tomb Raider's too. 
Although they seem to release them in the UK...got a boxed version from UK Amazon for the first TR remake.
I did get The Division's collector's edition. I liked what that one came with.
May pick up the Overwatch one too. Wish I had gotten in the early beta on that one.

Do you guys remember the big box PC LE for Witcher 3? It's hard to find releases for PC like that now days.

The LE for Witcher 3 is actually generally hard to find for any of the systems, wondering how limited it was. But stuff like that is generally hard to come by.
I don't think MGS V even had a CE for the PC. I don't think you could really pin that on Konami (Steam thing is totally on them though) but the state of things today.

Anyone got DayZ Standalone or the ARMA II mod? I put some time into them on the weekend, and I'm terrible at them. I traveled about a half hour across country running to a weapon cache drop, to only get shot on sight by other players >_>

Maybe it'll be a good idea to announce yourself as a friendly on chat before going in. I've only watched YouTube vids of DayZ, and it's insane how people really act territorial in that game.
I did that on my mic, and two guys killed me with a shovel...

I use to play the **** out of this game back when I was in training. You have to just keep trying over and over untill you get lucky one time and find a weapon and gear. You'll probably end up shooting first too once you get them tho.
I was playing last night and found a Winchester rifle in a barn with 30 slugs luckily. But I swear, if one zombie sees you, they'll ****ing follow you for MILES! I ended up using most of the ammo on group chasing me.

You have to beat the zombies to death and conserve ammo. Just embrace the fact that life is fleeting in this game lol.
So, I finally changed my keycaps from ABS to PBT double-shot caps. They're Miami colors 
. They key inscriptions are pretty bright and not as washed out as they appear in the photos.
The PBT keys have a texture like fine-grit sandpaper - it definitely makes typing easier, although the keys feel more stiff compared to the ABS keys that came with my Das Keyboard 4. It's going to take some getting used to.

I played more last night. Actually ran into a friendly
traded some stuff and he gave me 40 9mm rounds for the MP5 I found. The best part of yesterday was, I finally figured out how to navigate using a map on a DayZ website. I got lost for about 2 hours last night. The Northwest airfield which takes about a half hour of running time to get to from the spawn is loaded with automatic rifles but none have mags >_>

The hilarious thing is, I went from utter disgust to, "you know... these don't look half-bad". I'll keep them around at least until I finish my playthrough of Miami Hotline.

Looks like the next-gen of GPUs will be favoring AMD. Kind of serves Nvidia right, since they've been deliberately cutting driver support for 700 series cards to promote Maxwell GPUs.

Yeah, I think I'll hold it out and see how the new Pascal cards perform. Hopefully, more competition from AMD will lower the prices, too

I said this last time, I'm still running an EVGA GTX680sc so this is unfortunate (shot term) My 680 still does an admiral job however so all isn't lost. In fact, I haven't really found much I can't run at 1080p, I am wanting to upgrade to a higher res screen however which is why I was planning on getting a new GPU in the next wave..
