Wow. The triad toys shipping rates to Singapore for this coat is more expensive than the price of the coat itself. Will to stick to the current $4 coat, no upgrade for my lobby neo, so sad.

Same here. The shipping to Malaysia is just plain crazy!!! I guess I will just wait for them to pop up in ebay or maybe some of our kind members here can help us get them and then send it to us using a cheaper option. Anyone willing to lend a hand to the brotherhood of lobby neo customs?

Here is mine currently. The holster is from the VTS Explorer set and need a bit of work to make it more accurate but it's a more affordable option than Stevo's.

The coat is just a stand in for now. Looks ok though.

:yess:

My Triad coat just arrived! Totally awesome. It needs some futzing from being in the package but its totally what Neo needed to complete his look.

Glasses are on the way and all I need are the boots, a decal and some more weapons.

Here you guys go. Holster I made myself once again and Sarah Connor pants and all that jazz. Knight Runner 2.5 coat.

Sorry for the crappy cell pics. With better light he really does look pretty bad ass.

He needs some slimmer MP5k's and the glasses are just placeholders. I think the silver boots will really bring out the figure too.

It looks awesome! And you're right about the boots, they'll help to tie everything together.

Yep, fits in perfectly -- looks like a factory produced fig!

Personally, I like customs better than factory figs anyway, but I think someone would be hard-pressed to tell this group project wasn't straight from a factory.... the bashed parts work that well together.

This has been a cool project and thanks to Agonistes for putting this thread together. :duff

MAJOR thanks...

I knew when I saw this thread, and the homework that Yannick had already done, that things were gonna get done :rock

Here are a couple shots of my 90% completed Neo :panic:

The coat material is a bit bulky which unfortunately makes it hard to work with, but wiring it helped some.

One with a green Matrix tint :)

I really need to run a wire through mine. It looks like it really helped with yours.

It really does help, gives you more futzing control that's for sure :rock

Looks great Dane. Seriously looks like an official figure.

Did you only wire the bottom of the coat, or more?

Thanks Yannick, I'm pretty happy with how he's shaping up! I only wired the bottom of the coat for now :)

One thing putting the coat on has done (since it's a bit bulky) is bring out the slightly undersized scale of the sculpt. I still love the sculpt, but I think Sunohc or Zkulptor's eventual sculpts (assuming they're larger) may help offset the issue :exactly:

Yep. that is the main issue with the headplay head for me, how small it is. Looking great though Marf!!!
