This is a great thread. I have the original HT Neo and I think its a good figure except for the head and body. I transferred mine to a Dragon body awhile ago but I need to get the head play sculpt and switch to something else. I'll be following your progress.

Looks great, the shoulder holsters especially turned out great. I really like this shot without the cape and glasses, shows how nice the sculpt is.

Is that off of the Reloaded bust or the original one? I have the original bust that came with the deluxe DVD boxed set lying around. The glasses broke off a while ago but I've always wanted to do something with it.
