Wonder why Jack 2 and will have been taking a while? They were announced before the AVP-R line and the AVP guys have shipped first. It's not like Jack had that many new parts.

Its called Toy Hunters. Its in Mong Kok. at the CTMA center up a few floors. Just take the MTR.

I think if you go to the 'contact us' on the hot toys site, they have a map. Its a really tiny store. More like a stall with a display window.

Make sure you go down the hall to superman toys. They have some really great displays as well.

Okay, I did some retooling of my PotC figures. As you can see in this pic from Maul Fan the hight is pretty noticable.

So heres mine.

Depending on what you did, I may go that route. I also think a better route would be using the Prometheus body from Sideshow for a swap, the shoulders aren't as broad as the TrueType, so height and body proportions may be better for Jack.

I took the leg extenders from the bottom of Jacks legs and affixed them to Elizabeth's legs.

The difference is MUCH more noticeable in person. Jack doesn't have those overly long legs and looks to be better proportioned. And Elizabeth doesn't looks to stumpy.

So you took off Jack's boots and there were extenders there? Is it easy to do this safely?

If you do it, its permanent. No going back. Its very easy to do, but cant really be undone

Looks much better. Jack's long legs always bugged me. Now he seems better proportioned. How much height does the leg extenders take off approx?

Awesome job. I just really hope Will doesn't have freakishly long legs, but I'm guessing if he does I can take the leg extenders off him... Is it very difficult to do? How high is the risk of breaking something doing it?

Okay the first pick here is a standard true type body. The one I used for my Clark Kent figure. You can see the little leg "extenders" where the ball joint goes in. These are what I removed from Jacks legs.

Heres a picture of Jacks legs after I took the "extenders" off.

A side by side shot.

And the is where I attached them to Elizabeths legs. I put eletrical tape around them to help the super glue hold. I just never took it off. They are not being held on by the tape though.

It was a quick somewhat crude job, but it got the job done.

I'll be doing that to Jack but I think I'll leave Elizabeth alone. She looks a little too tall in that pic to me.
