Barbossa and Tia Dalma are the only two I'm still in for. There are a lot of amazing figures they could do. Bootstrap Turner, Bill Gibbs, DMC Elizabeth and Will. AWE Commodore Norrington would be a great choice; for the uniform, and for how he ends (true colors, right there) but the first two are all I want. The only way I'd keep going was if they did the Brethren Court. Dave is right, those figures would be off the charts. But I also agree that they probably wouldn't sell.

Besides that, I get Davy Jones Thursday.

I agree with you now Sean,about Will from DMC,i would buy it.i think ill wait with a Elizabeth,Worlds End Liz isnt what i want,a DMC Elizabeth would be really nice,from the island where they find the chest.

Does anyone prefer Medicom Jack over HT Jack?

Just curious,me personally think its ridiculous,Medicoms products is overpriced,and poorest quality,i see Medi Jack is at 169$ at toys2.HT is so much better,and cheaper.

Just curious,me personally think its ridiculous,Medicoms products is overpriced,and poorest quality,i see Medi Jack is at 169$ at toys2.HT is so much better,and cheaper.

I like it, but prefer it... hell no!

The HT one blew it clearly and squarely out of the water for me.
If it's direct accuracy you're after (and most people are) then it has to be the HT one. But if you are a serious collector and you particularly like the Medi aesthetic (it's not JUST about accuracy with Medicom, they have a different approach and on some figures deliver something the other big hitters would struggle with). I don't by the way have the Medi Jack, so I'm not 'per se' defending it, I just think it's worth noting that all the big hitters have different aesthetics, and that if it's accuracy you are after it'll always be HT, if it's an artistic interpretation for collectors then Medicom still deliver stunning figures, if it's a good quality figure at a more affordable price it's SST. I love'em all for different reasons!

I would say overall my favor would go to Hot Toys, but there are a few areas where I find the Medicom gets an upper edge. Niether got his coat color correct, however, Medicom's is damn close in the material used and Black is more fitting than chocolate brown if you're going to use the wrong color. The other area I prefer Medicom is the overall proportions; the body looks more like Depp in the role, the True Type body just isn't suited to Johnny's body type. The hat seems a tad bit oversized on the Hot Toys too and a bit better proportioned on Medicom. Other than those couple things, Hot Toys is definitely the better figure.
