amazon .com has hot shots golf for 30 thats cheaper than the downloaded price and you get the actual game you really seem like a sony fanboy keep trying to conince people why they should buy I vita I like all systems but idont force them down peoples throats. Seems like anytime someone has a bad comment about the vita you get all defensive.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

I'm the one who told you NOT to buy a Vita when you were on the fence, but yeah okay, I'm a Sony fanboy. Makes complete sense. I won't deny my excitement for the system, but that's only because I'm generally excited by all hardware launches, not because of favoritism.

Also, If you had read my post correctly, you'd see that I had actually agreed with you about Sony's memory card strategy. 10% isn't much at all, but it's a step in the right direction. Do you see Nintendo or Microsoft is offering digital versions of new releases (on the same day as retail) for a discount?

It is true that Amazon is offering Hot Shots Golf and Wipeout for $10 off MSRP, but they are the only major retailer that is doing so. They are the exception, not the rule. It's fine if you want to go that route, though It should be of note that it seems only Hot Shots and Wipeout are below MSRP on Amazon, the rest are standard retail prices.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Yeah I'll be getting Hot shots Golf since it's cheap on Amazon. Virtua Tennis will have online play.

I haven't ordered any games yet. Waiting to see if stores will offer any buy-1-get-1 50% off or other similar deals.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Toys R Us likes to do stuff like that. Like buy a console and get a game or buy one get one 50% off.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Well just got my 3g wifi bundle preordered at amazon and ordered hot shots golf and the sony screen protector for it I am als ogoing to order the pdp pull and go folio case for it.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

How is any of that a fault of Sony's? Go to Best Buy, they have their employees wearing the Vita around their necks like jewelry, waiting for you to play it.

Sony reps set the display up, so it it their decision. Gamestop manager even confirmed as such - non ****** bag one, I should say

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

I have no idea about colors. Probably not until the system starts waning in sales, which could be this year for all I know. By 2013 you might be able to buy a Hannah Montana pink one, I dunno.

Oh btw, if you're a Canadian, Amazon.ca seems to have the wi-fi only Vita In Stock and ready to ship. I guess they accidentally broke street date.

LUCKY CANUCKS.

Okay, will do. Mega_Rockman_Z

add me if you'd like.

A screen protector sounds like a good idea. I have one on my phone, though I doubt it needs it because the screen is glass. Vita's is plastic. I don't have one on my 3DS and I already have a couple scratches on it.

I checked it out and it looks like it's back to pre-order. Wouldn't have affected me anyway since I'm out of the country at the moment.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

I really hope this is just a rumor, I like the controllers the way they are. If in fact they plan on having a touchscreen, hopefully it's optional and not required. The current controllers are great, the Wii U just looks awkward to hold.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Who wouldn't want a $250 controller? Makes perfect sense to me.
