....In Spanish, for now. Not bad, surprisingly. Still doesn't beat Sony's "Michael" ad from last year though.

pretty impressive linup with some really nice scores

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Really looking forward to the Resistance game and to see how this system handles a FPS.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Was going to get wipeout 2048 but from reading the reviews, it doesn't seem as polished as the previous entries :(

Yeah I was too, but the frame rate and the load times between races is a deal breaker. I hope they come out with a racer like the Dirt series, would be a awesome game on the go.

I was able to play the Vita demo today (love!) and thought the framerate was great on Wipeout. The load times were indeed atrocious though.

Played Uncharted too. Man. Very impressed. Not only with the processing power of the system, but that display. Amazing picture quality on that display. After playing it for a while, I was sold. It was bigger than I expected and felt great in my hands. No more portable gaming hand cramps. The little sticks felt great too. A little looser than I'm use to, but playing Uncharted, I can tell it'll work well. A fully 3D game will finally play perfectly on a hand held.

The Vita is the real deal IMO. Pricey, but legit.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

I want one, but can't afford the $250 price tag right now. Maybe in may when Resistance comes out. I have done "0" research on this thing...I'm guessing it has a fully integrated browser? App support? Touchscreen keyboard?

Yeah, it has all the now standard bells and whistles of a portable device. It has the most beautiful display I've ever seen. The OLED tech is new to me, but really impresses.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Played the Uncharted demo at Gamestop over the weekend. My quick impressions... load times were atrocious, the games graphics look much more dated than the videos/pics I've seen, the screen is beautiful and the system weighs nothing at all.

I'd tell anyone to wait on this. If you can wait just 6 months you'll save a ton!!!

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Dated how? You have to take into account that this game is on a hand held. No handheld has ever produced graphics this good before, so I'm not sure how it can be "dated" already. I personally saw a game that looked almost as good as Uncharted 3. Considering that UC3 is one of the best looking games on the PS3, that's no small feet. Plus...it's a launch title. If a launch title can look this good, I'm pretty optimistic about future games.

This is kinda my thinking. Wait even until xmas time. I don't see a major decrease in price, but I think it'll go down to $200 by the end of year.

Re: Playstation Vita (formerly PSP2/NGP - $250)

Anyone know when the "Game" stores in the U.K will have Vitas to play with?
I missed the Vita events that were touring the U.K earlier this month
