I already have 2 hand made stands. They were custom made by MattBlack, Andy took inspiration of his works. These custom stands I got are full metal (Merr Sonn) and the base on the Sterling is made of ABS. Way more solid than MR's thin mirrored base. These custom stands will not crack under the pressure of a MR E-11 not even a Sterling, unlike the MR one, where I've seen many with cracked mirror especially next to the back support/foot.

Looking at Andy's fantastic E-11 cylinders you can say his stands will match the ones I have for sure. Cannot wait for him to start the run. He said he might do it with less than 20 people, but the more the merrier of course, including for cost.

Something very interesting observed by Keith at RPF about the Scout helmets - "This is a "stunt", but it only has 7 vents like the RS":

Me too. Thanks to Keith and his screen grab we know the RS is totally accurate to the screen used, not just to the original production made helmet they bought from Prop Store. RS making it in 2 ABS halves like the original one, with accurate interior (instead of full padding), already makes it more Legendary than the EFX Legend itself. :D Cannot wait for mine to arrive. Paid the last deposit 2 weeks ago

Thanks to a blaster expert from RPF I'm the proud owner of the last piece I needed for my ROTJ E-11 blaster: the "door catch" greeblie. Though not 100% accurate, this will do for now, considering the original part hasn't been found so far, and most likely doesn't have anything to do with a door, in fact being a rifle part. I only attached it with double sided tape, in the event that maybe some day the true part will be found.

PS. The stand is just temporary

This is my first Stormtrooper build. It's an ATA works kit. I'm waiting to add the tube stripes and I plan to weather it like a Sandtrooper. I really enjoyed building it and would like to do more kits. Does anyone have any ideas on getting a Snowtrooper kit?

Thanks Sewbacca! Did the weathering last night will fullers. I got everything from my trooperbay order but the damn tube stripes.

Just picked up a Cyberman V4 Yoda sculpt for my lifesize Yoda I am starting. Saw it for sale on the RPF and pulled the trigger. Can't wait to start on it when it arrives. :)

Almost finished my Doopydoos E11 kit, just waiting for parts to mod the counter. This has had the scope drilled out and glass lenses added, the trigger and rear lock hinged and sprung so they work, the magazine replaced with one from gazmosis on FISD, and various screws and bolts used to replace cast resin versions.

The counter will be hollowed out to fur the internal workings from a 6 digit mechanical counter, hopefully it'll arrive next week so it can be finished.

Great job Dan! Doopys are excellent blasters and with some upgrades the can be fantastic. What cylinders did you use?

The cylinders are from the kit, all I did was add threads and nuts to the end caps, drill slots behind the rear caps, and added some wires to the gap between the rear caps. I know I should have gone the whole way and replaced the cast capacitors too, but I'll save that for when I do a pipe build :)
