crazy hate for a review

Not sure where all of this hate is coming from in regards to this review. Is she hot? Not really, but she provides a lot of info and I don't think it's that bad. Some of the other on-line reviews are just as wooden and are obviously from a script, as this one also appears to be.

ok can we make it like a rule to not post these anymore? it's been pretty well established this chick is just some nerd-baiting floozy who's pimping herself out on youtube for ad revenue. there's gotta be plenty of actual collectors on here who can make some respectable figure review vids.

Agreed, although I don't care about why she's there. The "Hot Chicks Cool Toys" is insulting my intelligence and her staccato reading is brain numbing. That's just my opinion though, I'll steer clear of these things in the future and with-hold my opinion. My brain just exploded with ...aversion. Post whatever you want.

so as long as a guy does a review you are okay with it, a hot chick does it and your brain explodes ----i guess something else explodes for you when you see a dude reviews -----hot chick reviews a hot toy---makes perfect sense------

The only thing not great with her reviews are the corny intros sometimes in costume, the lack of extended close-ups and the very formulaic way she "reports" on the figures.

Or perhaps it is because I believe that she is just not very good with her reviews. It has nothing to do with the reviewer being a male or female.

I've seen a few of her reviews, and none of them were really that good. Also, she's mildly attractive at best. Just complete nerd-bait so of course she's going to look like a 10 to her target audience.

I thought it was pretty clear that her boyfriend / husband / or guy friend (sorry but I don't know what the relationship is) who occasionally partakes in her videos is collecting with her. She just shares in the interest and does the reviews because lets face it, majority of the target audience would prefer seeing something different. I'm not passing judgement on the "hot or not" or "good content or cheesy openings" thing because obviously its framed in a way to be fun. Why do people assume they are being serious?

Ok I just watched one of her reviews and she mentions Jason and I. Now, no offense, but I prefer their review for the obvious "pun" elements over yet another shaky camera average joe review.

I think he ended up getting a divorce and decided to take his focus off of the figures/statues and onto taking care of his kid. That's what he posted here.

Good guy, though. He was the predator master for a long time.

Yeah, that's also what I read and I hope he's doing well. What I liked about his reviews is when he started rambling. When you ramble on and on about how cool something is it's genuine. You could tell that he never used a script or faked anything.

I've honestly never seen a video review I didn't get irritated with - but this one was particularly bad. Michael Crawford's site is usually pretty good - just tells you want you want to know - well organized reviews.

I think we are hating too much.I have a hard time to see new pictures of this guy, so a review with no volume is kind of nice.Plus I am surprised review's for these predator's matter much.There pretty much the same figure's with new body's and different heads.It would be a random that they would make a bad one,yeah the paint app is not the best but i can tell in the pre production pictures and then make my choice if i want him or not.I think figures like batman and statue's need a good review.

Anyway Wednesday he will be home and i will post pictures
