anyone else still having problems getting that shoulder cannon to stay in place? Mine keeps falling out randomly.

I finally got my canon to stay in last night, I've been holding off pics because of it, I could do them without the canon but I wanted it there, the pose and everything makes it feel like it should be there. Also have the mask wires touching the ports on the armor properly, so I'm enjoying the dio finally. Thought it looked great from the moment I got mine, but was a bit annoyed with him somewhat being incomplete for a bit there.

How did you manage to get it to stay in?

I cut about an 1/8 of an inch off the round end, had to file away some excess paint that was changing the shape of the square opening on the shoulder, then I just gently pushed it against the shoulder until I could feel it catching in place, I gave it a light shake to make sure it was firmly in place, it was and I'm not going near it now :lol

I have a question for people about the wires that come off the masked head and are supposed to line up with the armor on the body.

Is there slight black paint missing from anyone's wires? My bottom wire looks like some of the paint is slightly peeling off in parts where the bends are more dramatic. I can't tell if it is just paint or if the wire itself is chipped or cracked. I'd rather not touch it because looks real fragile. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm enjoying mine very much. While I am not the world's biggest Preddie fan, he's a great character that I like a lot and this is the only piece within the price range that I am willing to spend on the character. Looks awesome next to the Alien with chains diorama.:banana

If you have chips on your wires, it for the same reason some of the "Alien" with chains has chips on the chains. When one paints metal with acrylic paints.....scratches happen. Go get some American Heritage black, mix it with some water and touch it up/blend with your finger. An easy fix and not worth sending it back over. As for the wires not entering the holes...mine doesn't enter the holes. It lines right up. I am sure I could make it enter the holes...but why bother? Id imagine it has to be like this to use the change o head feature.

Congrats guys, awesome stuff.

I agree with you completely, it's so hard to see anyway, why bother potentially adding scratches to it.
