OK my twin brother ordered this one on December 29th and we haven't heard from SSC since getting the confirmation e-mail.
When it was ordered it said shipping in December,now the item is on back order,does this mean he's screwed? He does have the confirmation with the "T" not "W". Can they still waitlist him?

CSC is in CA, within driving distance of SSC, and I'm still looking at the middle of January. *sigh* It has to do with how shipments are composed now, everything is coming to SSC in partials.

I played the waiting game this long then I can wait a little longer with BBTS... I want Classic but its not a big thing for me... Im in a slim percent of people who dont think theres a huge improvment on this guy compared to the P1 Ive owned for a while now... New body thats all that realy intrests me with this figure...

My 2012 resolution is to stick to Preds only so I suppose waiting a tad longer won't hurt as there will be no more Predator figures out for awhile.

Im with you on the waiting game. Im totally fine with waiting on this one even though its my most important figure of this year(that I can think of). But compared to the P1, not only is the body improved, but the paint job looks much better too. What else is needed apart from an improved body sculpt and paint job!

How is he limited? Masked, battle damaged mask, open mandibles, closed mandibles, holograms, no holograms...

Display options may have been the right term to use.

removable arm blades/gauntlets, removable upper leg/hip armor, removable lower leg shin guard armor, removable med kit would have been nice.

I personally think that the armor on the old P1 looks better and is more detailed then this new classic pred armor. I do concede that the head sculpt and mask look better on this new classic pred than the old P1, but I prefer the older pred bodies with more articulation then these newer stiff bodies with less articulation.

In the Old P1 predator, all the armor is removable. Don't know why hot toys didn't continue that tradition with this new classic pred. Maybe they're getting a little lazy or trying to cut costs down by cutting corners? who knows.
